The only one thing that I've noticed (especially since I've been to a few Nike factory stores in a few different states) is that the prices here at this store were a bit higher than other stores that I've been too. The gentleman I spoke with, who also helped me when I got to the store, was able to look up all of the inventory for their store as well as the warehouse, and talked me through my options. In the end, I kept the ones I had with his reassurance that they would mold to my feet. The store itself was completely dead midday on a Wednesday. It's in a small new shopping plaza with plenty of parking right in a lot right out front. They had a ton of styles and colors to choose from. Definitely recommend stopping in if you've been thinking about Rothy's and could benefit from trying them on first. I think they are an excellent value for the money mostly because you can wash them, and they really do come out from the machine good as new.

The store is clean, organized, and easy to access with plenty of free parking. The employees were friendly and polite, so no complaints there. My biggest issue was the selection. There wasn't much inventory on the shelves, and when I asked about the HOKA model I wanted, I was basically told to check online. That's a little frustrating since the whole point of visiting a shoe store is to actually try on shoes before buying them. If I was ready to shop online, I could have stayed in my pajamas and saved the drive. Overall, customer service was good and the store looked nice, but the limited selection left me walking out empty-handed. As of today, I still have not received my order or any pickup confirmation email. I purchased these jerseys specifically to support Colombia during the World Cup period, and the order has now been delayed for several weeks beyond the promised delivery date. The delay caused me to miss the entire tournament despite ordering well in advance. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. When I contact Adidas customer service, I am told that the order has already been sent to the store. However, when I visit the store, I am told they cannot provide the order and that I must wait for an email stating the order is ready for pickup. Adidas customer service and the store continue to provide conflicting information, leaving me without my merchandise and without any clear explanation for the delay. I am not requesting a refund. I want Adidas to locate my order and provide the Colombia jerseys that I purchased and paid for. I also want Adidas to provide a clear explanation regarding the status and location of my order and why it has been delayed for several weeks beyond the promised delivery date.

I think sometimes people assume because a shop sells uber expensive products it means they are super snooty esp. to people who are just browsing...this wasn't our experience here at all...in fact it was quite the opposite. First of all the sales person was an absolute sweetheart. He greeted us with a big smile and if I didn't know any better he was actually excited to see us. He asked us if we have been here before and we said we have not...he then proceed to walk us through some of their newest and best sellers...from women's flats to men's loafers this sales person was a pro! He obviously was very knowledgeable about not only the company but their manufacturing techniques...very impressive. He kept asking us if we wanted to try any thing on or if we were interested in a pair that wasn't available he would be more than happy to find it online or in another store...what great service!
