They're personable and friendly and try to be helpful, including suggesting the additional items needed for a reusable air filter, which the manufacturer includes NO INFO in their packaging that those things are needed and/or required and/or helpful. Parking lot is accessible from 2 different streets and from a third if you cut through a neighboring parking lot. Can't really ask for much more than that.
