My husband tried on a pair of Hokas with inserts and walked around the store. He was amazed at how the shoes felt and said that it felt like he was walking on air. He wore them the next day to work and when he came home, he couldn't stop talking about how comfortable they were! Now he's telling his friends they should get Hokas, lol.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, but their prices haven't experienced the same rebrand. This Macy's is one of the better stores I've had a chance to visit. It's expansive, encompassing multiple floors and it carries a wide range of merchandise. On this particular visit, there was a live DJ spinning hits circa the 90's and beyond. That added a hint of excitement to my visit. There was lots of merchandise and brands I hadn't seen at my local stores. I wasn't wowed to purchase anything, but I saw plenty of things I liked. The staff appeared to be courteous and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

They had a size 13W hiking shoe that I tried on in hopes for a good fit. Well, it fit comfortably although slightly too wide. The clerk searched her store's database for a size 13R with negative results, although found one in stock at the Sketchers outlet store at the Sawgrass Mills mall. The customer service was excellent.

I was a little hesitant because I had seen negative reviews about this certain store on yelp. But I had nothing but a fantastic experience here. Hanny was knowledgeable about the shoes and was very nice taking his time to help me find the perfect fit. Alli the store manager also spoke to us making sure that we were doing alright. Both of them were super polite and very kind. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely stop by.
