Late night shopping at DSW where my wife finally found a pair of Brooks running sneakers for only $96.00 with a sixty day return policy with the box and receipt without wear. She modeled the sneakers to me and walked around the store for a while before making the long awaited decision. Very low shelving allows a long and wide visual from the entrance to the back of the store. All the major brands of shoes are sold here except the styles are usually two versions behind, therefore, the price are not high retail. DSW also offers a Fit Finder machine by Aetrex that you stand on and it detects your foot size to assist customers in an easier shoe shopping experience. read more

I really love DSW! They have an amazing selection of shoes and great prices! Every kind of you can imagine. They also carry tons of accessories as well. Hats, bags, purses, socks, etc. I've been searching for new running sneakers and found them here! My first pair of Brooks! I didn't have my socks on so was worried about the fit. The cashier said there was a 60 day return policy as long as they are not worn. So that's good! Most places only give you 30 days to return. Left happy and can't wait to wear them. read more

This is a K Swiss court shoe purchases 7/23/2025. As you can tell by the picture, this is a factory defect. I returned the shoes today and Eve the manager quickly dismissed us stating that the shoe was worn. K Swiss and DSW should be more consumer conscious and understand that if a product is defected it should be allowed to be credited back, returned. I didn't even get an I'm sorry. I thought K Swiss was a reputable company and I also felt the same way about DSW in Davie, which is on University drive. A court shoe should hold up and this is by far a manufacturers defect that broke within 1 month of play. Shame on Eve the manager for not making any read more

I like this store for it's selection. I don't always find something to purchase but they sure do try. They have many, many brands of shoes. They have lots of colors and styles. I looked around and did not see anything I wanted to try on. I think I am early in the season to be looking for sandals. I have bought shoes in the past here and was happy with the quality. They lasted a good amount of time. Besides lots and lots of shoes, DSW also sells purses, belts, shoe accessories, umbrellas, a few skincare products, etc. So, it can be a one stop shop if you need these things as well. It is hit or miss to see staff on the floor helping customers. The store is kept up being neat and very organized. read more

Great that DSW is so close to my home and found a nice pair of Skechers. However, their bathrooms are both out of order, and I was told by an employee that they have been that way for a very long time. This is a problem for me. What are they doing about this major problem? TJ Maxx is not that close by. read more

Love DSW and love the convenience of ordering online and picking up in store or curbside. That's a bonus. If you join DSW VIP, they offer tons of discounts and special offers. So worth it!!! And they have a huge selection of shoes so there's that too. This place is shoe heaven!!! read more

We stopped in here as we were next door at Old Navy. The shopping center has a lot of stores s d ample parking for all. It's not in an area we usually frequent, but not far from where we'd had lunch. It's laid out pretty much like all other stores of the same company. Rows and rows of shoes and the clearance section in the back. I've been looking for a low heeled sandal lately but haven't found exactly what I'm seeking. I walked up and down all the relevant aisles, but no success. I love shoes, but since I no longer need or wear really high heels for work, I've not been buying as many pairs as I used to. Luckily, my husband who came here with me to find a new pair of sandals lucked out. He found something he Iiked in his price range. So it wasn't a total loss. The ironic thing is that any discounts I'd had pending from being a loyalty customer were no longer valid. Oh well. read more

In the past couple of days, I've gone to two of these stores. While the first one was a complete and utter disaster, I cannot say the same of this second one. I passed by this location years ago to get a gift card, and hence, how I remembered it. Passed by after work with the hope of getting some flats, seeing as the majority of my closet is heels. That and I'm currently on the road to recovery after a sprained ankle. Anyway, that, along with a sale they're having (and let's face it - it isn't as if being a woman you need an excuse for shoes) made it so I went and bought shoes. I found the staff at this location particularly pleasant and knowledgeable. One of my shoes was the wrong size and they easily and quickly exchanged it for the correct size. That and they were able to provide quick directions to where certain shoes were. That last bit... sigh... I cannot tell you how many times I have walked into a shoe store and the employees were entirely clueless. Happy to say that this wasn't the case for once. Only reason this isn't five stars is because I find myself daydreaming of their Kendall location. Seriously speaking, that is shoe heaven for me. read more

I like this DSW. The store is always clean and tidy, the staff is friendly, and there's so many options. What else do you need in a shoe store? They have every kind of shoe you might be looking for and more. It's always my first stop when I need some shoes. And it's in a great location with a lot of other stores around it. read more

I absolutely love this place! Not only is this location super clean, but customer service is beyond perfect. As soon as I walk in, I'm always greeted and asked if I need any help. Everything was great when I took a trip here. I'm apart of their VIP, and it's free to sign up! I suggest anyone sign up via email if they haven't yet! You get perks and coupons mailed to you frequently, and can get free items. I got a coupon in the mail for $10 off and also a coupon for this free duffle bag if I spend $39 or more. I always find good steals when I come here. They have a variety of shoes ranging from sandals to running shoes and lovely heels. I love their clearance section. They always have pretty cute thing on sale from bags to small gifts for someone. If you have coupons, definitely go use them soon before they expire and get yourself that free bag! read more

don't bother shopping at dsw unless you want to be treated like a thief. ask for a matching nike shoe they tell you to go pay for the shoe first. then once you pay you have to wait for one of the employees to bring the shoe from the back. so you go in to this store and wait to pay then wait for the missing shoe.my time is worth something and its not worth my time to into this brick and mortar store when I can but online and not deal with slow lazy employees. last time I go to dsw. read more

This location of DSW is great. It's a large location full of inventory. Compared to other DSWs' I have been too, even the children shoes section was huge. Like other DSW stores the clearance section is in the back wall. Their new inventory is in the front of the store. They had some great spring and summer sandals. I was alittle lazy to try shoes on before going to a yelp event. But Sam M tried on flip flops. Moreover he found the type he was looking for and ended up getting them in all less than 15 minutes. In their check out section it was nice to see multiple cashiers ringing in transactions. The wait time was quick. Since I haven't been to DSW in a while, I found out now they have apple or Samsung pay options. They still have a great system of finding the items online if you don't see your size in the store. They deliver them to your house. It's a great store to find different brands of shoes from many brands/labels. You can find anything from sandals, boots, sneakers, high heels etc. Overall, fair price and quality of this store.~ read more

I don't always remember to go to DSW for shoes. I don't know why as they have a great selection, reasonable prices, a large clearance section and plenty of help. I was in search of a pair of shoes for an upcoming party and a friend said I should check there. I not only found shoes for me, I got my daughter a pair of cool Nikes on clearance, a Betsy Johnson purse in clearance and a cute little pillbox. The people working the floor were super friendly and helpful. They saw me holding a few boxes and 2 different salespeople brought over a bag to help me carry them. I was also excited to see a nice size children's department (with shoes my kid liked!) I definitely will be back! Hope next time I remember to bring my gift card! read more

The customer service skills at this store are superior to the rest of retail nation. Professionalism, tact, eagerness to assist, and enthusiasm, all of which can be a rare find in retail, but it seems this DSW has mastered these skills. Not only is customer service simply amazing, the selection of shoes is to die for! They have a variety of shoes, always have a nice clearance section, and of course...points when you're a VIP Shoelover! By far, this is my favorite place to buy shoes. 3/9/2017 - Can't believe I've never been to any DSW before. Was looking for heels for a friend's wedding and my co-worker said "Let's go to DSW!" As soon as we walked in I was in awe. So many shoes and only 45 minutes to shop. I started on the heels of course and then noticed the big clearance section in the back. And there they were, a pair of Vince Camuto nude peep toe heels. They were around $70 but they had a 20% on top of that alreayd clearance price. I put them on and walked around the store for a bit. There are plenty of people working bu t no one pays attention to you. Don't know if that is the policy or not. However, at the register, Gabby, was super nice and friendly. She told me about the rewards program. I gave her my information and I received a $10 coupon on my next purchase. SCORE! Can't wait until my friend's wedding to wear my new heels. They are exactly what I was looking for. read more

I must say I am truly dissatisfied with my less then 5mins shopping experience at DSW. For starters the doors of the store was locked ahead of closing time. We were able to enter the store at 7:55 where a store associate try to tell us they were closed. As I corrected her on the fact that they close at 8pm and I was only running in to grab crocs, I was approached by a store manager named Tim that said I had 5mins since I snuck into the store. Customer service has really gone down, if you are more worried about getting home earlier stay home. Your store hours are from 10am until 8pm, honor that and don't disrespect paying customers. read more

You know, I have to say the staff is very good, and things are usually well organized. The question I would like to ask is regarding the TV commercials - the notion that "owning the shoe makes you a superstar". The recent JLo commercial with her in a cut out suit advertising her shoes is a bit much. She looks great, but is she selling herself, her suit, or the shoes...... read more

Call me Imelda! Ok, I confess, I have a lot of shoes. With that said, I am always looking for a good deal on something I like. DSW is one of my go to stops and now it's even better! I happen to have a relatively small foot and this is both a curse and a benefit. It seems small sizes (women's) sell out quickly but this DSW has me covered. I can wear kids shoes and they've added a new kids department. I started with kids before proceeding to the women's clearance. The kids select won out and I have 2 more pair in my closet. Thank you DSW... you feed my addiction! read more

Terrible online service. I placed an order to be picked up at the store. I called the store and the 800# to check on the status and no one was able to tell me why there was a delayed, but I was assured the order was in progress, so I did not attempt to find the shoes anywhere else. All I had was an email stating the order was being processed. On Christmas eve the order was cancelled. Needless to say, this was a Christmas gift for my son. I received No explanation, no email, no phone call. Just order cancelled product is not available anymore. Are you kidding me...Terrible experience..If I could give them a -star I would. With so many competitors out there you should definitely care about your customers more. read more

Terrible service . Online system is down and they basically said they can't help order tomorrow if it doesn't come back up today .

I had a $10.00 coupon for a while and its going to be expired in February. Since I need a new pair of sneakers, I came there to shop. This place is huge. Its like going to BJ's except they only sell shoes. They have a large selection of sneakers with pretty decent prices. I picked up two pairs since they were on sale and since I got that $10.00 so I figured why not. The only thing that kind of got me was the line could be long so be expect to wait a while. read more

Customer Service sucks! I called for a shoes and accidentally called the wrong DSW store in Fort Lauderdale. The location assisted in confirm that my shoes was available and was process by the Davie location. When I tried to call back I could not get through it seemed like they block their line from answering other calls. read more

I shop DSW regularly, not because of the staff normally but because of the no hassle, good deals they have. I went into this DSW and had kind of a difficult return. Cheyenne, my cashier, was THE BEST. She literally did everything in her power for me while I was waiting at least 20 minutes. She was so kind and easy mannered I applaud her, easily the best employee I've came into contact with since being a customer of DSW. Someone give this girl a raise, you rock! read more

If you need a pair of shoes DSW is your place. Men's and women's alike. Well let's be honest the women's section is more than double the men's section. I always check our the clearance section in the back of the store first then work my way to the front. Casual, dressy, they have got it all at a discount! Today I found some cool flip flops for my boyfriend. We're traveling soon and he needed a new pair. Check out the pic! What girl does not love a cute pair shoes.... Well I do!! I am such a show lover and DSW has so many options for the girl and the guy. From boots to heels to flats and everything in between, you name it they have it. They carry big sizes too for girls which I love because I wear a size 11. You can even go purse and wallet and belt shopping if you choose to. I order from online too. I use this feature as they offer free shipping after a certain amount ordered and you can return it to the store if you are not feeling the shoe. Remember the SHOE NEEDS TO SPEAK TO YOU for you to love it. LOL... Any how I love this DSW Davie location. It is big and clean and organized and the staff is very friendly. I have not been to DSW in a few years, I forgot how overwhelming this store is once you walk in, but as soon as I walked in the nicest sales associate approached me with a greeting and a smile - Kristina. As I browse around and narrowed my selection, she would periodically check on me and so finally I liked a pair, but didn't have my size, she was quick to look it up on her tablet and ordered it for me - free shipping! I did not even have to get in line to pay for the rest of my purchase, she once again scanned it with her tablet in hand. Really appreciate sales associates like Kristina. I love this store oh so much! The rewards the variety, no other shoe store beats it. My biggest complaint is the wait time to check out. It's always ridiculous... COMMON DSW! Shoes galore! This DSW seemed to have a bigger and better selection than some of the other DSW stores I have frequented. I came during a week day around 1 pm and was in and out in a flash. To me, DSW is shoe heaven! There are rows and rows of shoes for everyone - men, women, and kids. Fantastic selection and great prices. My only complaint as a "hard to fit" customer is an insufficient number of styles for wide feet. I also wish DSW would carry more Naturalizer and Easy Spirit - brands I have always been able to wear. I've also shopped at the Aventura DSW and I look forward to shopping at the new location in Pembroke Pines. read more

I like this DSW they were really helpful here. They ordered the shoes I needed online and I received it immediately. The only reason why I didn't give a full 5 stars is b/c they had nothing I liked with the exception of one pair. Normally, I walk into a DSW and I fall in love with at least three pairs. I felt like there was not much of a selection at this one. However, the service was really good and like I said they helped me and ordered a pair for me. This DSW is just as large and has a great selection as other stores, but what sets it apart is that the employees here are super helpful.
