Back again, but this time for my husband who was having issues with his feet. We got there when the store opened on a Sunday. I'm glad we got there when we did because it quickly filled up. My husband tried on a pair of Hokas with inserts and walked around the store. He was amazed at how the shoes felt and said that it felt like he was walking on air. He wore them the next day to work and when he came home, he couldn't stop talking about how comfortable they were! Now he's telling his friends they should get Hokas, lol. read more

I do enjoy this store and do love the socks. I will not buy any other socks. "Features" is the brand name. Very soft and feel so good, like hugs for your feet. Treat those feet well, they have to hold up alot. I always had an issue with the seam at the toes. NOT WITH THESE! The people are so helpful and now I get emails for special socks! I bought "Boston" socks for a friend and myself, her home town she took me for a visit. USA Im obsessed with Red White and Blue. In case anyone is reading this from the company..need NY socks! My home town! read more

While waiting for my nail appointment next door I checked into the Runners Depot for the never ending search for my On Cloud running sneakers. They had a big supply of Hoka and Brooks but a small offering of On Cloud and could not find the color I wanted. I picked through a few good BOGO clothing deals but a slim pickings for the Two XL size for my hubby. read more

I came here looking for a more supportive sneaker. I was impressed with how many brand they have here. I saw several pair that looked comfortable and stylish I received great assistance but forgot her name. She was patient and helped me find a sneaker with the right fit I ended up purchasing two pair. I didn't plan to but was really happy with both. One is a bit more casual and the other would be great for walks with my neighbor. I thought they were fairly priced. I will come back when I need new sneakers again. I highly recommend this store. read more

Runners Depot is your one stop shop for all things running in Davie! This is one of their bigger (if not biggest) locations, so we wanted to stop by here to get a fitting. I've always just bought shoes based off of looks, but after encountering some bruised toes from wearing bad shoes for pickleball, I knew I wanted to stop by here before I started my string of 5ks (& a 10k)! Wearing the proper shoes is so important and I've only learned this the hard way as I'm getting older. When we came in, we were greeted right away! Kathy (I believe was her name) helped us as soon as we came in. She went through the whole process and never made us feel rushed. From seeing how our arches were if we needed extra support to bringing out shoes that she though we might like, the process was five stars from start to finish. I have smaller feet so I ended up not getting the shoes that were recommended only because they didn't have the color way I wanted but I did end up finding shoes that I felt were the best for me. My partner and I both left with arch support insoles and am happy with the experience. If you ever need other running needs, definitely recommend stopping by here! read more

This is a great store. They have plenty of run gear. I love getting my socks here. I've come every year here to pick up my Flanningans run bib/packet. The store is always clean, tidy, and organized despite the insanity that is a race packet location. read more

Had the pleasure of walking into this store today and wasn't disappointed It feels very homey and peaceful Great staff Will helped up today and it was so nice to speak to someone who knows their product and listens to your needs to help you find the best fit possible. We left with a great pair of asics and inserts. YOU HAVE TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR INSERTS!!! Spend the money and get true comfort people!!! Also these things have a life span so change them yearly if you use the shoe regularly. The value was fair as the price was the same on asics website. This store was amazing and we will be back soon Big plus Breastfeeding mom friendly They have shoe chairs and a fitting room for privacy read more

Searching for a good pair of running/all day sneakers and happened to be in the plaza so checked out this Runners Depot in Davie. Immediately upon entering the store, the two female employees greeted me and I told them I was interested in sneakers but with an arch. Like a whirlwind, Kathy had me shoeless and participating in a "gait analysis". My feet were measured and I stood on some type of heat sensor contraption verifying the possible degeneration of my arch - well something more scientific than that but not sure. Based on the findings of the "gait analysis", Kathy identified a pair of black Brooks (great quality brand) sneakers and Cur Rex gel inserts. Wow, as I stood wearing the sneakers, my old man feet felt like they were getting an Asian massage. The sneakers were $139 and the inserts were $50. Although I appreciated the free analysis, both combined items were on Amazon with free shipping for $15.00 less. Dicks and Champs also advertising same Brooks sneaker for $119.00. Extremely clean store with everything a runner requires. A plethora of sneakers, shirts, shorts and accessories. Friendly diligent employees. read more

I have never really looked into shoes specifically for running before, and know those that I wear for the gym are not that (minimalist). So I stopped by runners depot and was immediately helped by a gentleman with years of experience, who went over my gait, the imprint I leave when I stand, and more. I tried on a variety of different shoes, walked sound in them, reviewed the variety in prices, and finally chose the perfect pair for me. Definitely worth the drive to come out here (I live a distance away), I highly recommend anyone looking for shoes to run in (or just shoes to wear all day, especially if you're on your feet for work), to come here and get advice. You'll leave satisfied. read more

I made an appointment but came in earlier than my appointment. I was helped by Mike! Mike did amazing with asking me the right questions and taking his time to show me certain shoes and explaining the reasoning behind each one. He allowed me to get on the treadmill and see if the shoes were comfortable, he also allowed me to walk around the stores as well. He gave me a tour of the store showed me everything they sell and all the sales they had. I'm super excited in starting my running journey with the right shoes and soles. I love how I have 14 days to try my shoes and bring them back if anything even if they are worn. The customer service was excellent! I would def be back for more items as I start my journey. read more

I've been itching to come here for years. Finally had enough of my back pain from terrible sneakers ! This place is in a very busy plaza but easy to find. Store is very organized and as soon as I walked in Kathy was ready to help ! I let her know what I was looking for and she then led me to sit down. She was explaining how they asses you for the new shoes. She let me know all the shoes they have are for running but are great for everyday support. She watched me take a few steps to observe my gait and measure my foot length as well as the map of my arches. I've never had this done before so it was cool and exciting ! She immediately brought out maybe 3 pairs of shoes and the best insoles for me to try out. OMG ! I wanted to take them all home ! I found the perfect fit and she had me walk around the store with them on. I already feel such a huge difference day to day with my feet and my back pain level. I paid around $200 for the shoes and insoles which I thought was great. I didn't have expectations of paying less than that for quality. We will see with time if they hold up but I can't speak too much on what they should or shouldn't cost. Thanks to Ms. Kathy for helping me out I appreciate her and will definitely be returning for more pairs and now my mom wants to pay her a visit ! read more

GINA IS AMAZING!!!!! My friend and I went to the Davie store because we both needed new shoes. Gina was so knowledgeable and patient. My friend always wears sketchers (horrible shoes) and was very skeptical to buy anything but this brand. She was in desperate need for good sneakers. And I needed work sneakers. Gina went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us into the right sneakers. She told us how important it is to invest in your feet. Gina sold us insoles as well.. who knew how important those were! She is so sweet and kind and we felt like we had known her for years. We LOVE our new shoes!!! We plan on buying again in the near future but we make sure Gina is working that day to help us. Thank you Gina for your AMAZING customer service. We need more people like you in the world. read more

Nice neighborhood running store with top notch service! Logan took great care of me. I was looking for a particular running shoe. My size was not available and due to supply chain issues, could not be ordered. Not deterred by my hard to fit small, wide feet, Logan still managed to find running shoes that fit perfectly. Not many shoes are discounted here, but the price was worth not trying on thirty pairs of shoes at DSW. There are some high end running clothes sold too. For a nominal fee you can join a loyalty club. Definitely worth the convenience. read more

My podiatrist recommended this place and he was right . Upon walking in you are greeted and then someone ask how can we help ? Being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis of course the heel hurts . So arch support is really important . The sales person had me take a walk to see how I was walking and hooked me up with right sneakers . These were not cheap, a couple hundred dollars in shoes but of course I'm worth it . Also bought some oofos which feels like you are walking on air , no more bare foot on tile . I'm a happy customer and would recommend this place . read more

LOVE this store! I am an avid runner and have been running more frequently during the pandemic and even more so outside. I have had foot issues in the past and have been searching for a great shoe. We walked in and were immediately greeted and offered assistance. I can't recall the gentleman's name but he was very thorough and sat us down and asked about what we were looking for in a shoe and what we used the shoe for. He then did an analysis of how we walked and selected shoes for us. We did not feel rushed at all nor pressured to buy any shoes after we finished. We will definitely come back! read more

I've walked past this place hundreds of times, not realizing one day that they would become my savior. Long story short: I do a lot of walking for my job in my boots. I changed my insoles out to another pair that left me in immense pain. A co-worker recommended me to Runner's Depot. I placed a call and spoke to John, who evaluated my situation and explained what time the business closed. I was there in less than ten minutes. Even if you're bad with directions, you can't miss it, as it is located directly next to Moe's Southwest Grill. read more

I've driven past runners depot for YEARS and I've never stopped because well.... I'm not a runner (yes I realize how clueless that sounds now!) man do I regret not coming sooner! I'm horribly flat footed and it led to constant knee pain. Kathy helped me out and she was WONDERFUL. after doing a quick gait assessment and a conversation on what I most use my sneakers for, she narrowed my new sneakers to 3 great options. I really enjoyed how much she tried to find out about me instead of just pushing an expensive box of shoes in my face (like most other "athletic" stores). She even explained why the shoes I had liked online weren't a good fit for my needs, but she offered to show them to me anyways. Ultimately, I went with Kathys suggestion! Although I was strictly looking for comfort, she gave me an option that was extremely comfortable AND cute! Win win! I'll definitely be coming back again and again! Thanks so much! read more

I was actually in the area trying to find something at another store and striking out. As I was leaving I noticed Runners Depot across the street. I have been trying to get to the location in Coral Springs for weeks but haven't made it. I really needed to replace my running shoes. I do between 2 and 3 miles a day and lately my right foot has been feeling like it is asleep all the time. I think it is caused by the plantar fasciitis that also cause crippling heel pain whenever my foot has been at rest for long periods. I believe all of this was caused by trying to run in worn out shoes. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by Ron and after a quick discussion describing my problem he offered a solution. He gave me a tight sleeve for my foot that he swore would relieve the plantar fasciitis. By the time I left the store I was already feeling some relief for the dead foot feeling. Next up was picking some new shoes. Ron looked up what I bought last year in Coral Springs in the computer and made some choices from there. He watched my walk and picked out three different pairs for me to try. I was offered shoes in different price points and was not pressured into picking the most expensive shoe. I ultimately ended up picking the Brooks Glycerin 15 because it had the most cushioning. It is described as being ideal for short runs and light work outs. Ron offered to let me walk around indoors for a day with the shoe and if there was any problems I could return them. My purchase for shoes, socks, and the sleeve was $200. Runners Depot let me know that I would not find the shoe for a lower price anywhere. Although my purchase was pricey I consider it necessary. I use my running shoes every day and as I have found out having the right shoe is critical to preventing an injury. In addition to shoes Runner's depot offers protein bars, clothing and just about anything you can think of related to running. They also have running clubs and sponsor local races. I come here because of the excellent customer service and I know I will get the right fit. I am very happy with my purchase. read more

After starting a new year work out rountine I was left with painful plantar fasciitis. It was so bad that I could barely walk in the mornings. I did my research and before spending my money at the podiatrist I wanted to see if I just needed better shoes. The lady at the store was super helpful. She measured my foot and it turns out I've been wearing the wrong shoe size for say....16 years! We tried on several and she let me walk on the store's treadmill to see how the shoes would feel at the gym. I ended up with a new pair of Brook's and tossed my Nikes to the wind. My foot pain is 90% better just for wearing a supportive shoe. Thank you so much! read more

Walked in here for a pair of shoelaces, and they actually told me they had them behind the counter. Will definitely shop from them in the future. read more

Exceptional customer service! Despite years of running, I never had my feet evaluated for proper shoes. At 36, I started experiencing issues, and as any informed physician would say, it begins with your feet. I visited the Runner's Depot and had a quick evaluation by Chuck. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The store had a fantastic atmosphere, and I left with new shoes and insoles. Highly recommended! read more

Great selection and competitive pricing. Found the pair of Hoka's I was looking for and they were cheaper than online.

I was recommended to visit Runners Depot by one of the coaches at my Orange Theory studio. While at the store, Mike assisted me with finding a running shoe that was best suitable for my foot anatomy and performance needs. As an amateur runner who runs about 10 miles a week (both indoor and outdoor), I was apprehensive about visiting Runners Depot. Still, the amiable sales associates made my visit very memorable. Mike and all other sales associates were genuinely knowledgeable and took their time showing customers all of the options they recommended; Mike dedicated time to observing and analyzing my regular walk and even offered to allow me some time on their treadmill to give each of the shoe options a test run. I will recommend this location to anyone looking to better their performance with a new pair of shoes and all other gear sold at this store. read more

worst experience ever in a retail store, disrespectful and foul mouthed owners, i was shopping and owner heard me say that I got a nail in my tire the last time I was there, she approached me and asked me what I expected her to do about it, she then started telling me I should take it up with the landlord and not park on front of her store, I told her I was doing business with her and not the landlord, she told me to get the f-ck out of her store, her husband said he was going to call the police, which I told him was fine, then he threatened to forcibly remove me from the store, seriously why would anyone shop here, they have nothing that can't be purchased elsewhere read more

Very helpful. Tested size and gait. Love my Hokas! Not inexpensive but wide selection of sneakers.

This is how all shopping should be, friendly and great service without pressure. And if you're looking for running shoes, prices are reasonable and the treadmill is great to see how you're running. 10/3 - I was looking for a nail place to get a pedicure and almost passed the store when I saw 4 tents outside. I need to buy socks for my 10k the next day so I decided to stop in. Apparently, it was their anniversary and they had 15% OFF the entire store. SCORE!!! Outside they had a tent for Feetures socks. A very friendly, helpful, gentleman came by and explained all about these incredible socks. By the time, he was done, I decided to buy a pair. They had all kinds of cool color combos. I chose purple, my favorite color. At the register, the guy ringing me up told me about the socks and that he had a few pairs. They were $15 regular plus I got 15% OFF. The socks worked great, not I wish I had bought more. I really like this store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are always ready to help! I don't usually write reviews but I had to with the amazing customer service I got from Runner's Depot. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young gentlemen and an older gentleman name Chuck. I have nothing but great things to say about this store. We've been coming here over and over and over to pick up race packets but hadn't bought anything. We kept on going to those national sporting stores hoping to find our running shoes. Fast forward to today. My wife always struggles to find running shoes that fit her right. They are always too loose lengthwise or they are too tight on the top of her feet. And every time we've been to those national chains, nobody takes the proper time to help her. So today we come to Runner's Depot and I have to say I'm incredible impressed. The lady actually took her time to explain different shoe types, she brought out 5 different shoes for my wife to try and she was exceptionally helpful. The personalized service we received made me feel as if we were in a high-classed fancy place (but with great prices)! Thanks guys. I'm happy that my wife finally found her cross-trainers! read more
