My daughter was sitting in a different aisle trying on heels and had left the shoe box nearby. An employee approached her and said, "I'm assuming you lost the box to those heels." The way it was said strongly implied that my daughter was doing something wrong or potentially stealing, when she was clearly trying on heels. When I approached and joined the conversation, the employee immediately changed her tone and began explaining that many people steal from the store and that customers are required to bring the box with them when trying on shoes. Had she simply explained the store policy from the beginning, there would have been no issue. My daughter was embarrassed and offended by the assumption that was made about her. It felt like she was being profiled rather than assisted as a customer. After I addressed the situation, the employee quickly tried to downplay what she had said instead of acknowledging how her approach came across. I understand that retail employees have to be vigilant about theft, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate store policies without making customers feel accused or uncomfortable. This employee could benefit from additional training on customer service and how to approach situations like this without making assumptions. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting shopping trip for my daughter's graduation turned into an upsetting experience.

Ashely was kind, greeted me with a smile and retrieved my order within seconds . I shared with Ashley my experience when I went to pick up my last order at the Aventura mall, which wasn't such a good experience. Ashley informed me that she was sorry to hear that, and I assured her that today was a seamless pick up order with her and I thanked her for seeing me and being so kind.

Yelp Review 2026 #218:…read more I was very impressed by this mall. I felt like I was in a different country with all the nice shops and eateries. Prada, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermes, Jimmy Choo, Saint Laurent, Fendi, Armani, Lacoste, Lululemon, Alo, Nike, Charlotte Tilbury, Apple, Sephora, Eataly, Laderach, etc. Restaurants include Japanese, Italian, Latin, etc. They have a food hall called Treats that has everything: Chinese, Japanese, pizza, Cuban sandwich, bakery, Jamaican, etc. But what caught my attention was all the artwork spread throughout Aventura Mall. From Takashi Murakami, Austin Lee, Robert Indiana, and 23 other pieces by different artists in a series they call ArtWalk. They're very dog-friendly. We saw hundreds of dogs and their humans - not sure if there was an event or if this was just the norm here. But it was fun to watch cute little puppies. I visited during the World Cup and they had an area dedicated for it. They had a pop-up FIFA store which had items I wanted but haven't found at the stadiums. The mall is bright with natural lighting during the day. Nice and cool which is a nice reprieve from the unforgiving sun and summer heat. It's spacious and clean.

The suit was not fixed. The owner was not accommodating or apologetic at all. He even told my husband last week to go to the tailor and see if it's ready(that doesn't sound like good customer service at all). I don't recommend this place for anything. My rating would be negative stars.
