The employees mentioned definitely helped me find the shoes that I needed. The store can get busy, especially on the weekends so finding parking can be a challenge but overall a great place for shoes at a great price.

I usually prefer to figure things out on my own, but it wasn't easy to see which section of the store was for basketball shoes vs. running shoes. Then I asked a Nike representative a quick question. Kerry immediately helped show me where to look. Then he made a few suggestions and with the help he enlisted from another Nike expert, I quickly had three pairs of shoes to try on. It was a very efficient, helpful process. I found the prices to be reasonable and the selection was extensive. I had received an email about a 10% discount for my birthday. While reading the email about how to redeem that discount, I saw that I needed to download the Nike app. When I did that, I got another message; this time with a 15% discount (if I spent $100). My shoes were $80, so I added some socks and a t-shirt. I ended up saving $16. I sought out the Manager, Drew to compliment Kerry for his excellent assistance. In the past, any time I needed to buy shoes, I would have to think about where to even start. Next time it will be an easier decision. I'm going to the Nike Clearance Store

And then change happened.... I got back into exercise (walking 20+ miles per week) and I purchased a pair of Brooks Ghost and I loved them for walking but they were never perfect... a couple years later a pair of Brooks Adrenaline and again not perfect.... Basically, I was not sized correctly and I don't have a great gait (and it gets worse after I walk or tired). * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Luckily, I met the owner of Runners Depot at a Health Fair... after talking, I decided to visit their Fort Lauderdale location to see if they can get me into a sneaker that is closer to perfect (or at least sized correctly). At the shop, Joe (Runners Depot associate) had taken sizing to another level (something Nordstrom and the New Balance store had never done).... Joe checked my size and width just like the others but then had my arch measured and then had me walk in my old sneakers to check my gait. Turns out... Brooks Ghost are great but things that I didn't know to consider like support and stability meant that Brooks Ghost are not for me. Joe put me into a variety of sneakers (mostly Hoka and Brooks) and fast forward to the final choices... Joe got me into the "correct" width and added a pair of insoles for better support for my arch. At first I was thinking insoles are just another way to charge me dollars but wow, I tried the sneakers with and without the insoles and turns out they made a huge difference. Can you believe I ended up in a different size AND width than I was wearing... I ended up in a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS (and love them).

They are well known sneaker companies that dominate the running shoe market and are not cheap. It seems that no deals ever exist for these sneakers and are priced similar on Amazon. The employee was friendly and assisted me trying to locate a size 13 flip flop in a certain color and brand that would fit my foot with no luck. The Vouri long sleeve shirts are also priced high but great quality and unfortunately no 2XL.

I called and opened a claim on October 7th. Divers Direct never submitted the required documents to UPS. UPS eventually marked the package as lost, and now Divers Direct is refusing to refund me.When I asked to speak to a manager, I got Rachel. She was extremely rude from the start. She told me she had "nothing to say" to me and that I would only get my money back when UPS reimburses them. According to her, I have to wait until Divers Direct gets their money before I can get mine. That's not how this works when they failed to submit the paperwork in the first place.I asked to speak to someone above her about the way she was speaking to me. She flat-out said no one would get back to me. Completely dismissive and unprofessional.I did everything right on my end. They dropped the ball on the claim, then treated me like the problem when I followed up. Do not order from Divers Direct if there's any chance you'll need customer service. You'll just get stuck and spoken to like garbage.

I was reluctant to order a size 16 pant for my son who is 11 and average size. He has longer legs and average torso. Pants came - all but a few inches on the hem that I planned to take up anyway. They fit perfectly, with room to grow. Longevity - they stand up to frequent cold washes and I tend not to iron once dried, flattened and folded. Ready to wear. If you have questions - please call and speak to someone. They're very knowledgeable and always offer sound advice. Customer service is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended to anyone seeking workwear or school uniforms.

This time around when I ordered the uniforms I had to send two skirts back to exchange the size, well this is when it all started. They sent back the wrong size. I called them and spoke to someone named Luis, I told him what had happened he checked and was like no worries Ill fix it just the skirts back, mind you this was like two weeks before school started. He said he was going to send me the right size. He only send me one back and top of that charge me 33 dollars. I then had to call back again to tell him that I had only received one and that he had charged my card. He realized the mistake and return the money back. Last time I spoke to him after calling back for days and no one picking up, he said he would send me the missing skirt, well it has been two weeks since that, still have not received anything. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, playing with people's time and money. Very disappointing!
