I have always ordered from these people because my daughter's school requires it. I have never really had an issue until now. This time around when I ordered the uniforms I had to send two skirts back to exchange the size, well this is when it all started. They sent back the wrong size. I called them and spoke to someone named Luis, I told him what had happened he checked and was like no worries Ill fix it just the skirts back, mind you this was like two weeks before school started. He said he was going to send me the right size. He only send me one back and top of that charge me 33 dollars. I then had to call back again to tell him that I had only received one and that he had charged my card. He realized the mistake and return the money back. Last time I spoke to him after calling back for days and no one picking up, he said he would send me the missing skirt, well it has been two weeks since that, still have not received anything. I have chatted this company 5 times about the status of my order and every day I get a message saying they will take care of it that day and no one reaches out after that. $60 for two shirts that I am beginning to wonder if I will ever receive. I placed an order for my daughter's school uniforms almost two weeks ago ($200), which I just received last night (my daughter starts school on Monday!), and it's missing several items. I sent the company an email and a text message informing them of the error last night, explaining that my daughter is starting school in 1 1/2 business days. I have been trying to call them this morning ever since they opened at 9 AM and when I choose the option for school uniforms, it automatically disconnects my phone call when I call back and choose a different option. No one answers, but I am able to leave a message has returned my call as of yet. For over $200 in school uniforms I would at least expect a return phone call and an explanation of how they're going to rectify the situation by Monday. 2nd year ordering with iuniforms. Nothing has changed. Parents please trust the judgement of the staff you speak to when ordering. I was reluctant to order a size 16 pant for my son who is 11 and average size. He has longer legs and average torso. Pants came - all but a few inches on the hem that I planned to take up anyway. They fit perfectly, with room to grow. Longevity - they stand up to frequent cold washes and I tend not to iron once dried, flattened and folded. Ready to wear. Whilst the quality remains unsurpassed, the service has come up to higher levels in customer satisfaction. Recently, I reached out to them that they would exchange three unused polo shirts we had, to give to a very special little girl who had just been granted a seat in Franklin Academy. Although they were not able to switch out the middle school shirts for the Elementary colors due to their strict 30-day exchange policy, they were extremely gracious in sending brand new shirts at no cost to the family in need. The orders were placed one week prior to Christmas and payed for priory mail. The 20 th came around with no uniforms. When I called They said they would send me more uniforms overnight. The first ones were delivered to the wrong address January 4 th came and went no uniforms. They were supposed to be at my door no later Than the 31st. Emails and calls later the president of the company says Covid and mail delivery was the problem. However stuff I had order from other companies came on time before, during and after the holidays. Then they sent Out a thirdOrder and I received the first order in the 5 of January. Personally the people that work there just try to appease you when you're on the phone with them and still don't work on the problem. They are the worst. This is my first time using the company and everything about them is bad. I received my package; however it was missing 2 items, the invoice enclose stated 10 items were order, 8 shipped, 0 backorder....I called sat on hold for about 10-15 minutes to be told to send a copy of invoice slip by email..i did. I called the next day and was told the person who handles e-mail haven't came in yet sop call back around lunch. I did and this is what cut the cake. The same guy answers again and tell me you just have to wait until someone gets to your email we can't skip people and we have hundreds of email. (wow, that many.. that shows what a problem this company has) he wasn't willing to help or anything. I call back to speak with a supervisor (at this time a women answered) she places me on hold and YES the same guy answer now as a supervisor, and again no answers. I call back for the 4th time (Monica) answers and advised me the name is Tyreek (Tyreak) M (hopefully, i'm spelling it right). Monica was professional took my email address and advised yes my email was received and someone will reviewed it. WOW thanks Monica the supervisor couldn't tell me that. Thus to say the customer service sucks and I will be writing a letter to the corporate office and now i continue to wait until my email is read. So you call to place an order and they say we can not take phone orders we are busy we will call you back. Ok So for a year now I can not log on to the website. I spend 10 mins on the phone trying to reset my PW in that time they could have placed my order. So I try my new PW , NOPE page error. I use Chrome and all just like they asked. SO I call back. Someone will call you after 5pm . For 2 days I called no one returned my call after 5pm. I called a total of 5 times. In that 5 times you could have just PLACED MY ORDER. That way no one has to stay late and no double work needs to be done. Who ever is running this company needs a new job! read more

They are the only uniform supplier allowed by the school and they don't have this year new logo uniforms, plus I had to pay for a processing and handling fee that they didn't have before. I received a message from this company that they wanted to talk to me about my experience. This message came over 3 months after the order was placed and STILL NOT COMPLETED!!! They make you stay on hold for over an hour to get to talk to someone and still haven't given us all the products we ordered or the credit they said they were going to give us. I am pretty sure that your organization is at best less than scrupulous. When I made those calls no one wants to give out names, take responsibility or give direct phone numbers for "supervisors". The owner of the company apparently doesn't want to be involved as I can find no relevant info for him outside of a condo in Miami. We placed an order over 3 months ago and still haven't had it completed. A jacket did just show up out of the blue a couple of weeks ago, but we still haven't received the credit you said you were going to give us and haven't yet completed the order. What could you possibly say that you think I would take as an answer. The last time we talked you gave me no info, no answers, and promises that you didn't keep. I will just leave my review up and hope that it has an effect on your business in one way or another; either you get your act together and stop treating customers the way you do or you simply go out of business because of your less than honest answers, promises and actions. They are the worst! Ordered my sons shirts for school over a month ago every time I call they tell me a different story how the shirts will be here the next week and then when that week comes still no shirts. Now school starts in 2 days and still NO shirts! I'm beyond annoyed with them. They told me the shirts would be over nighted so once again they lied! The worst uniform company ever!!! Right here in town. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I have been waiting for uniforms for my daughter since 8/2 only to be told repeatedly that they are on backorder. With NO approximate date given. How does a uniform company that specializes in uniforms, RUN OUT OF uniforms the month that children need them the most. The employees that answer the phones are useless, they do not have any answers. Was asked to provide my info for a supervisor to return my call, yet I'm still waiting. The measurement chart online is not brand specific. We're continuously ordering and exchanging as you don't know what you're going to receive. Hundreds of dollars tied up and my child still DOES NOT have any skorts. Also items that are in stock, that I have returned for an exchange almost 3 weeks ago still have not been sent out. I really wish that the school would consider using a more professional and prepared company as Iuniforms is the WORST. The school should take into consideration that we the parents are the ones paying for these items and are the ones constantly having to deal with such unprofessionalism. This by far has been one of the worst experiences ever for back to school and then they have the nerve to charge processing fees.
