My husband ordered scrubs three months ago and we never received a phone call. We go in today to see what the hold up was with the idea that maybe it was on back order or something. The girl at the desk says they just came in. However, they weren't in a package like they should have been. She took a shirt from the floor area and gave it to us. She said the pants she'll have to reorder again. From the looks of it, they sold the scrubs we ordered and paid for then tried to fix the situation, but couldn't 100%. Now we have to wait again for the pants to arrive. My husband isn't a small guy by any means and they rarely have his size let alone the color that he has to wear. Once we get the pants, we won't be coming back to this place. I recommend you going somewhere else to order scrubs and avoid this place. If you want to buy what's on the racks go for it. Staff is on point with attention to details, recommendations and inviting environment that keeps me coming back. I have so many beautiful prior scrub purchases that remain to be staples in my closet and newer purchases that blow my mind how excited I get in the morning to get ready in. Special shout out to James and Leori for their one on one attention and skilled suggestions amongst my many questions and concerns. Mindy and her staff have exceptional customer service skills and embroidered my scrubs beautifully. Mindy was flexible and understanding about my busy schedule and made arrangements with me so I did not have to take time off work to drive to the shop which is a bit further from my house than I'd usually have shopped. The quality of the work and broad selections of merchandise made me choose this company first though. Thanks for being awesome and keeping me uniformed for school. My daughter and I visited this store based on the excellent reviews. We are so happy we went here! James had exceptional knowledge of every brand, body types and what styles worked best for each individual. Not only did my daughter find the perfect pair but we observed him helping other customers with the same attentiveness. The service here is terrible. The people are rude and unwelcoming, they roll there eyes and make it seem like it's a problem when u ask a question. I would rather take a 30 minutes drive to there other location on southern blvd because there attitudes are so much better and they are so nice. read more

I went in because I needed a set of scrubs for work. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very nice girl (I'm terrible with names). Her first question was where do I work. Such a good question because it helped her figure out what I was looking for. She knew I needed stretchy, & lightweight. I HATE SCRUBS. She gave me 3 different pairs to try on, every time I came out she told me what she liked or didn't. I love that kind of honesty when buying clothes. I hate going somewhere and something looks terrible and the sales person tells you how much they love it to get a sale. Honesty goes a much longer way. She kept bringing me different things until I was happy. I swear I tried on like 9 pairs and not once did she seem annoyed. The guy there was also very helpful with what looked good and didn't. I can't say enough about their customer service & how genuinely nice they both were. Even though they were closing in 3 minutes. They have my business for life. Ton of variety & colors.
