Nigiri
Alli B.

Such good AYCE!! The nigiri was definitely the best. Wow, yummy. $35 per person for dinner, pretty good. Not a bad bite here but if I had to skip anything, it'd be the spicy tuna. Salmon nigiri was my standout of the night, so simple and good. Also no wait on a Friday night.

Ramen so good yum

My all-time fav sushi spot and definitely the best you can get in Aurora/centennial/parker! So good I've wanted to leave beach-side sushi spots to eat here instead lol. Has a great AYCE menu with well-crafted and great quality options (the special sashimi, una apple roll, and udon are to die for) The place has a chill ambiance with self-serve tablets at most tables but staff is still around, very helpful, and attentive! ALSO LOCALLY OWNED!

My 1st time visiting since Sho started to offer AYCE. From my past visit, I did like their food and service and today was a perfect opportunity to try. Saturday lunch is considered as dinner and charged accordingly at $34.99. Did I eat more? Probably not. Did they serve dinner sized portion? Probably not. Overall, I will not try the AYCE at Sho. For 2 people with one small beer and tip, it came out to $100. Pro: you get to try different items, mini version of it. You have different color options and for $34.99, you can enjoy most of their offerings. KFC was good, 3 orders of fried calamari will be good, tempura came out piping hot, udong was good too. Ramen anyone? Cons: lot of rice on mini nigiris. Yikes! Check my photos out. They are so tiny and so cute. Next time l will just skip the AYCE and go for full sized... maybe

Always enjoyed the specialty sashimi at Sho Sushi & Izakaya. The mango tuna, bincho kizami, lime hotate buri, hamachi jalapeno, salmon carpaccio, seared tuna wasabi and tako ponzu were all addictively tasty. Usually ordered sashimi and nigiri instead of rolls when having AYCE there as the rolls were more filling. The taste of lobster dynamite was rich and complex and zaru udon dipping the homemade sauce was surprisingly refreshing. Still cannot figure out why the mochi ice cream was not included in AYCE though, as isn't dessert the exclamation mark to finish a good meal?

It's a modern Asian eatery with an AYCE and a la cart options. All of the items taste fresh. They weren't super busy so the food came out fairly quickly. The skewers & Korean BBQ ribs were overdone like jerky but did have good flavors. Miso soup had depth but a bit on the salty side. Server was friendly & came around often. Fair value for what you get.

Exceptional AYCE sushi restaurant with stellar food and service. Go for the orange menu so you can choose anything on the menu. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Best AYCE I have ever been to. Great rolls, sashimi, appetizers, salads, Nigiri and soups. Please give it a try.. .

The atmosphere was lovely and the food was phenomenal. I came here for my cousins birthday and had a great time with my company. I felt that the service was rushed. Our waiter seemed to be impatient the entire time we were there. I didn't let that get in the way of having a good time. The seafood was very fresh. Their plating was delicious. Very good prices for the quality of all you can eat sushi. I didn't get to label pictures as I had no idea which roll was which as she just placed it down in front of us and didn't mention anything. Would definitely give this place another try.

Beautiful high ceiling and modern atmosphere. Very good service and delicious all you can eat (AYCE) sushi. This is my favorite AYCE Sushi restaurant in Denver. We got the blue AYCE. Their menu for appetizers and side also includes some Korean dishes, including tteokbokki and Korean spicy ramen. Highly recommend this restaurant.

However, within a few minutes of placing the order I received a call, wanting to confirm which location I had wanted to place the order through. I had accidentally chosen the wrong location so they canceled my order and had me place it again online. They called the other individual I was with who also placed an order. This must happen pretty often if they're calling every single person that places an online order and I will say that I did not notice that I picked the wrong location when I placed the order. So I was grateful that they called to confirm. The order was ready when we arrive to the location and everything was accurate. I started with edamame. And I will say it is pretty standard edamame. I also wanted to try a California roll. It was really fresh and I would definitely order one again. My favorite of the appetizers was that Gyoza. Those were so good. I always order them with Ramen in Kansas City but these knocked any of those out of the park. For Ramen, I went with a classic tonkatsu. The menu description said that it came with corn and bok choy, but I was missing both of those items. The Ramen itself was really good. The broth was super rich and they gave you a lot. There were also a lot of Ramen noodles. And I did like the addition of the bamboo shoots. The marinated egg was fantastic. This classic was so tasty. If I lived in the area, I would definitely visit pretty often. There's so many different menu items that looked so good and I'm sure the other Ramen varieties are fantastic as well.

I also ordered the California rolls, and for anyone who wants the "sushi" experience but can't eat raw fish, this version is a great alternative. Plus, they were really good with the accompaniment of soy sauce, wasabi, and thinly sliced ginger. The manager and waitstaff are very accommodating to the group's needs. The ambiance was easily matched with our conversations: light and lively. I feel like we get the VIP treatment each time we visit, and I can't wait to stop by again to have another meal here. However, the food was quite a bit warmer than room temperature upon arrival. I noticed the menu highlighted both spicy sushi and sauced sushi, which should have been my first signal. Similar to a steak restaurant, my sushi shouldn't Require sauce for its flavor. Price point is great, so that's a win. They have a bright atmosphere. Kids like it here, and they have a couple of TV's that I'm sure are useful on big sports nights. On presentation they get a 5/5, but unless you're coming for a simple cali roll or something, I'd look elsewhere.

Please note that I tried things that other people have mentioned in their reviews as things they liked. I had the crunchy tuna appetizer, which was essentially several golf ball sized lumps of rice deep fried, with a tiny amount of tuna and I think avocado on top. It probably should have been called the crunchy rice appetizer, and really was not, to me, worth $14. Next up was the Joker roll, which I believe is mentioned by more than one person as their favorite thing here. If you like pepper, it's the roll for you. I have never had such a peppery sushi roll in my life and I did not like it. My final roll was the mango roll. Now I know what mangoes are and I knew what I was getting, so I can't really blame the restaurant for the fact that I guess I've learned I'm not a big fan of sushi rolls with fruit on them. It was well made for what it was, just not my particular favorite. The miso soup was lovely. The restaurant was nice and clean and as I have said, the service was impeccable, friendly, really everything you would want. Which is all the more reason I was disappointed that the food did not ring a bell with me. If you go to this restaurant, I would suggest you avoid the things I've mentioned and perhaps try some others. You may have better luck than I did, and you will be served well in the process.

We asked for extra sauce and we were charged an extra $1.50... I've never encountered a sit down restaurant charging for more sauce. Rice was very dry, the grains crumbled when I tried to pick them up with my chopsticks. Speaking as an Asian... they are not even making rice correctly. It's either dry or old or both. Oh and the miso soup was lukewarm to cold... not sure if it was sitting out but that is not good. The chirashi bowl was okay, no complaints there. Red dragon roll was okay, they were having a discount on Red Dragon rolls so we decided to try it but when our check came they still charged full price. We had to clarify and asked them to fix the bill, which to their credit they did. Service wise, the lady (maybe the owner) was not friendly at all. She seemed not very happy to see us or serve us. Definitely felt like I wasted my money here.
