I say I won't (alumni driving through). No other word. Just tears receipt and hands it to me. Again, I get it. Midday Tues. My sale is nothing compared to your game days. But honestly awful experience and I'll never come back or tell others to come here. TONS of other options. Just do better. Like, basic politeness.

Last month I visited this thrift store with my elderly mother. When we entered, we noticed a…read more"service dogs only" sign. My mother has a legally recognized service dog in Massachusetts, so we didn't anticipate any issues. We spent about 15 minutes browsing and had items we intended to purchase. When my mother's back started hurting, I grabbed her small dog to help. At that point, two employees approached us in an aggressive and confrontational manner, demanding to know why she had the dog and insisting it needed to leave. The way this was handled was extremely upsetting and, frankly, humiliating, especially toward an elderly customer with anxiety in the first place. Rather than addressing the situation respectfully, we felt singled out and surrounded while simply trying to shop. I ended up taking the dog out to the car, and we left shortly after. Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed what should have been a simple visit. Between the high prices and the way customers are treated, I would strongly recommend choosing one of the many other thrift stores in the area. Compassion and basic respect go a long way, and this was a very disappointing experience.

In doors there are holiday items and decorations, home decor, jewelry, linens, kitchen items, office supplies and a good selection of women's, men's and kids clothes, pjs and shoes. For kids, toddler and infant clothes you have to dig through 3 big industrial carts. It's a mess but really worth your effort. The kids clothes are $.50-$1.00 depending on size and there are a lot of name brands in there. I just wish the adult clothes were organized by size. Out the back door there's a whole lot more. Seasonal items like Christmas trees and wreaths. There small kitchen appliances, toys, books, etc. even further out is another building where I found a nice wooden (heavy duty) shelf ($5.00), there's everything from furniture to sporting goods and home healthcare to building supplies. I've been twice and spent an average of 1.5 hours each time. There are plenty of volunteers working. Most are friendly but I have come across two very snobby ones as well. There was a special going on the last time I was there: All jewelry $1.00 each.

I was aware of their hours, but figured I could run in and find enough new pieces to cover my week-long business trip. This acrid interaction was enough for me to simply put the clothing back and leave. Immediately after exiting the shop, the open signs were pulled in...15mins early. TL:DR: Excellent selection of clothing, ranging from casual chic to nice flowey formal pieces. The staff are, ironically, not down to Earth and not very pleasant or attentive.
