This woman had a small child with her, it was really gross to see him accost her after she had already left. The people working at the store kept loudly calling him a "customer" even though he was just stationed at the door, not looking around or shopping. Doesn't seem very Christian to berate women with children over something so trivial. It made everyone in the store uneasy. I'm sure that woman won't be back, I won't be back, I saw several people put their things down and file out of the store.

As I stopped to look at some of the clothes on a rack, the owner steps out from behind the counter and says, "I want you to know that I wash everything in here - twice - in unscented soap." So I said that she had overheard my comment and that it was not meant to be offensive, just a nice memory. ...and not believing me, she went on to berate me again for commenting on her store.
