I called Eagle Medical Services about purchasing an electric scooter. They sold me one that I could never get to run properly--never providing me with paperwork about the product (including an invoice), nor providing instruction about its use. They failed to respond to four consecutive phone calls requesting assistance. The only way I could finally get a response was to send them a registered letter six weeks later. Then, the owner of the business, Mr. John Green, came to my house offering to sell the scooter as a used product "on consignment." The deal offered to me was a) I would pay the full price for the original new scooter, and b) John Green would then resell the scooter as a used product, with the purchase price going to me minus a 15% commission for him. In other words, he would profit from selling the scooter TWICE, with literally no compensation to me for my inconvenience as a customer and patient. Mr. Green was tricky, glib and good at "double-speak". He should work in a casino.

The pharmacist is not helpful, and she doesn't seem to care about their patients. Kathleen is the one staffer here that has always been kind, cheerful and helpful. She is exemplary. After not hearing from them for a couple months, my doctor gave me the number for Rotech & said I could call them. I did & they claimed that they had the wrong insurance info. After giving them the correct info, they said I should get a call in 1 or 2 days to set up a time to get my cpap. After 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything. I called again & they said the person I needed to talk to was in the office & they'd transfer me to "him". The phone went to a woman's voice mail. I left a message but still have heard nothing. I'm going to get my doctor to refer me to another place. If I had died from stopping breathing due to no cpap machine, my family would be suing Rotech.​
