These guys are honest and super thorough! Had them fix three old wax seals and replace a faulty shower valve. Unfortunately, we had an issue about a year later. Steven came out next day to troubleshoot. Turns out one of the flanges on our toilets isn't level which led the wax seal to fail prematurely. However, since it was still under warranty, Steven replaced it with a higher quality foam seal free of charge. Very honest and helpful. Highly recommend these guys! read more
