I tried the kolaches they were pretty good, but nothing ordinary. As a food blogger and new in the area I was interested in knowing what their top seller was and what would they recommend. . I asked various questions and short answers were given. Dry to say the least. The ladies were not interested in interacting. The reason I am giving it three stars it's because my kids love the "Halloween" donuts, and I understand that people have bad days. So I am willing to give it a second chance. When I thought they could recover, I asked if they had coffee and by 9 am they were out. Would I return? Probably not. Not because of their donuts, they were OK. Customer service goes a long way. I rarely rate a location by CS, I overlook bad or poor customer service since I am very understanding that working with people is not an easy task, but I had to do it with this one since the donuts alone are not a motivator for me to return. No military discount is given since they are not expensive.

My phone said "Your destination is on the left" and when I looked I literally did not see it. I've never had that happen before so I figured there was outdated information and it must have been torn down. I drove up another block and turned into a parking lot so that I could look up another place to get coffee and I saw the place that has a mermaid for a mascot... You know the one I'm talking about. I set my GPS to navigate to it and pulled back out onto the road. Then all of a sudden I saw Dunkin! It's right there! How did I miss it?? It was then that I realized that it was because I was looking for a big tall sign poking up in the air, but this location doesn't have one of those. Service was fine and the coffee was good as usual. But I'm only giving three stars for incredibly poor signage. I've gotta wonder, how's your business at this location doing, Dunkin? I bet if you put up a big sign your sales would go up. I mean heck, I was LOOKING for this place and couldn't find it. How much drive-by, impulse business might you be losing?
