This location has very bad customer service. I've been waiting for my door dash order for over 39 minutes. the Workers don't communicate with you everyone is focused on the drive thru and walk in customers. I would greatly appreciated if you would great the customer and keep them updated on the order progress rather then ignoring them and leaving them standing In the lobby. i arrived at this location at 08:35 am just to be ignored and completely forgot about. horrible horrible horrible read more

Dang! I almost missed this place! In fact I did, I drove right by it. I had my GPS set for it and I still drove right by it! My phone said "Your destination is on the left" and when I looked I literally did not see it. I've never had that happen before so I figured there was outdated information and it must have been torn down. I drove up another block and turned into a parking lot so that I could look up another place to get coffee and I saw the place that has a mermaid for a mascot... You know the one I'm talking about. I set my GPS to navigate to it and pulled back out onto the road. Then all of a sudden I saw Dunkin! It's right there! How did I miss it?? It was then that I realized that it was because I was looking for a big tall sign poking up in the air, but this location doesn't have one of those. You got a really know what you're looking for in order to find this place. *Hint* it's next-door to O'Reilly auto parts! I whipped in and got my favorite coffee. Service was fine and the coffee was good as usual. But I'm only giving three stars for incredibly poor signage. I've gotta wonder, how's your business at this location doing, Dunkin? I bet if you put up a big sign your sales would go up. I mean heck, I was LOOKING for this place and couldn't find it. How much drive-by, impulse business might you be losing? read more

Dunkin' - You got a really know what you're looking for in order to find this place - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Harker Heights, Texas

Staff was great but as usual. No banana splits due to no banana. Dunkin' doughnuts have no plain doughnut holes due to the don't make their doughnuts anymore. So you get what you get. Also was there to get a gift card had to drive cross town to another store to get one . If you have it it should be there read more

Worse customer service I have had in years. Me and my son came and waited 7 minutes and no one had said hello or attempted to take our order. No one else was inside and there were 3 cars in the drive through and 4 visible workers. We left and went to Starbucks. This was ridiculous. read more

Dunkin' - drink that was good - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Harker Heights, Texas

I came here with my work kiddo and his brother for coffee with a cop night and they had a great time. They were very accommodating for him in his wheelchair. I had the rocky road ice cream which was delicious and they gave me a specialty waffle cone when I wanted a regular because they were making more regular cones. The cinnamon pumpkin latte was delicious. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I got doughnuts for the next two work days and they were all not great tasting. I'll definitely consider them for coffee and ice cream though read more

Rude (if I could curse I would) Worst customer service I've ever experienced. No acknowledgement, when I asked a question I was ignored. My order was already ready and I had to ask to be given it. read more

Really awful location. They never have what we want. The ice cream selection is remarkably bad and the employees don't care. I don't blame the 17-19 year old employee's, because it's really not their fault. Dunkin probably pays them $7.25 an hour with no bathroom breaks and then relies on John Q. Taxpayer to make up the rest. I wouldn't care either. If you want ice cream, go to the local Ice Cream shop (sprinkles on top) that's less than a mile away. There's also tons of local donut shops and the bagel store. You'll be helping local people and not some Dunkin executive buy his 4th home while he relies on slave labor. read more

Wow why do you sell almond croissants if you can't heat them up!!! I never had a cold almond croissant and the explanation was dumb!! We can't put them in the microwave or oven after they are made what!!!! read more

messes up drinks everytime I've been, just had them remake my drink twice and it still wasn't what I ordered. The workers were also talking about it as if I was wrong about wanting the drink I ordered. Purchasing an ice cream is the worst and awful place to be. We stood up in front of counter for over 10 minutes and no one helped us out. There were 2 staff behind the counter and never said anything. We left and and never go back to this business again.. read more

Horrible service , all the ladies there are so young they don't know how to offer actual food customer service . This place has went down since the young manager left . She was too good for that place and I'm glad she left she was the only one who held that place down . The ladies name was Sarah who took my order and another tall African American women made my order . Not only did they not repeat my order once again but they gave me a coffee that tastes like alcohol almost because they added so much vanilla shots , I'm in drive thru asking for a refund and they made it so difficult. The same manager gave me a refund and gave me attitude the whole time ! This is honestly ridiculous Dunkin has officially lost my business it's ridiculous read more

I've never had issues with the service at this location, nor have I had issues with items being out of stock. My issue is the coffee tastes BURNT at this location - which has happened multiple times with quite a bit of time in between the incidences. Not sure what it is with this location. The hot chocolate is okay though read more

Shitty customer service, you'll see when you get there. They get mad too when they don't call your order number or if it's not displayed on their little monitor, or even the fact they didn't call you number out loud. But since you didn't automatically know they put it behind a divIder that you can see from the chairs. It's your fault and it pissed of the workers.. hahaha. It's like they mad bc they have to work, oh.... let me see..... at work. Crazy right, gotta work at work.. can't believe it myself. read more

Worst service! Girls are rude, and insufferable. I drive all the way to Clear Creek where I know the service will be friendly. This location hires people who suck! read more

This is, without question, the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. It doesn't matter what time you go, they are always out of key things. It also doesn't matter what time you go for the drivethru: it will ALWAYS take a long time. I have been there on a Saturday in August at 7 PM and they had only 8 flavors of ice cream left, no hot fudge, and no bananas for banana-splits. To repeat, it was 7 on Saturday in August in Texas heat and they had no hot fudge, no bananas, and few flavors left. They had zero donuts. Do not go here. read more

Unfortunately, not a very good chain. Granted, it just opened, but in the past three visits, I ended up walking out for various reasons. Seldom do they have a good selection of donuts available. I've visited at different times throughout the day and there is usually about 7 varieties of donut unavailable, leaving a selection of 3 or 4 donuts to pick from. The customer service is extremely slow despite the fact there are multiple employees standing around. It is as if they only stick to their stations and are not allowed to assist in an area that has a line building up. When you are finally acknowledged, they are courteous. The good news - I've avoided unnecessary calories by just walking away (lol). The store is nice and trendy inside, but it's not the Dunkin Donuts we were all excited about. Hopefully they just need a few months to figure things out. read more

Hair in my breakfast taco. That's all I have to say. Got my coffee and a breakfast taco and found about a 6" long hair when I bit into it.

Horribly rude staff. Messed up the order and were very condescending and sarcastic when questions were asked

I have given this location more chances than I probably should. Every time I go here they are beyond slow and get my order wrong. I want to say it's due to the fact that the place appears to be ran by 16 year olds but still, simple instruction is not that hard to follow. This morning for example - third car in the drive through yet took 25 minutes to take my order (no exaggeration). Then they are out of staple ingredients and somehow still manage to mess up a cold coffee with cold foam. Advice: Just go to Starbucks. It's less than 2 minutes away. read more

I went to the Harker Heights Texas Dunkin Saturday October 30 about 8:40 am on my way to work , I ordered my items thur the drive thur , I got to window for my pick up and paid they gave me my sandwich and left me waiting for my coffee, I was there for a long time I asked for my coffee and they said machine was broke , I asked for my money back for the coffee I never received, she was very rude said something not nice to me and slammed the window shut , she should have refunded me the coffee money , this made me late for work and get in trouble with my boss , I'm going to write a negative review on google yelp and any other apps I can do this on !!!!!!!!!!!!!! UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!! They really caught me off guard during my very recent Drive thru experience. I asked for a half dozen donuts and the young lady asked me if I wanted assorted I told her yes and she asked, "anything else?" First of all she sounded like she didn't want to take the order then I had to ask her if I get to choose and she said, "if you want to." I proceed with my selection and then she reads back what she has and I tell her something is missing and she says with a nasty attitude, "you never said that ma'am." So I push pass all of that and tell her I would like to add a medium regular hot coffee and yes to cream and sugar. She tells me, " See you at the window." She never told me the amount of my order and when I pulled up to the window she held her hand out for my payment. (I notice another girl with a headset on taking a order but she's not at the window) At this point I'm just in disbelief and curious as to what is going on here.... How is a person having a bad day at 5am in the morning? The girl at the window gives me my card back and I still have no clue of how much I'm paying for my order.... (I take responsibility for not even asking....ok... but I was in shock) I'm just thinking I'll feel better when I get this Fresh warm donuts... yesss!!!! Then finally the moment arrived when this girl hands me a box that feels like it came out of the refrigerator!!!!!!! I'm looking all around for Ashton to jump out of the bushes somewhere because I just know I'm on the show "Punk'd" I pulled out of the drive thru because someone was behind me.... But I sat there for about 5 minutes before pulling off because I had to make a decision to go back and address all of what just happened or to just keep it pushing.... I kept it moving and will reach out to management or a corporate office... Oh and My Coffee was good. read more

Dunkin' - a cup of coffee and a box of donuts - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Harker Heights, Texas

I used to come to the Harker Heights, TX location every day, it is literally 2 minutes from my house. They had staff that were kind and provided customer service. Which is what we would expect in the service industry. They got a new owner, switched staff around and people who are on the intercom taking orders are very rude- they never have anything (drinks, food, donuts) in stock. I understand the service industry can be difficult, but it is a choice. Either way I would not recommend this location- I will not be returning. In the future I will start supporting the Killeen locations. Advice? Please train your staff in customer service, customer care and the female that takes the orders in the drive through maybe reassign her to do other, non-customer facing duties. She is clearly burnt out her attitude with customers shows it. read more

They are getting new staff which is great! When it first opened I had a few issues. Gave it a break and happy to return as new staff is friendly. It's not the same as on the east coast. But I still prefer Dunkin' over the other . Any isssue I've ever had have been fixed quickly. read more

...I thought my last review of this place was bad...How can I rate "0" stars?? I show up today and they have no ice cream!! Zero!

I wasn't going to write a review until I cut my son's birthday cake and saw it was wrong. When I received the cake I was already upset by the way it looked but took it anyway and didn't say a word about it. (That is probably where I messed up because I should have asked for a new one.) It was very sloppy and uneven. When I took the cake out of the box it was just a hot mess. The next day when we sang happy birthday and cut the cake my son was highly disappointed and didn't even want a piece of his own cake. He doesn't like chocolate cake and it obviously says on the order it was suppose to be white cake. All he has been talking about is his ice cream cake for days leading up to his birthday. No words can describe how disappointed I am especially since their cakes are not cheap what-so-ever. I should have Yelped first because I would have seen this store had poor reviews to begin with. It's unfortunate I cannot redo his birthday with the right cake. I hope this store sees my review and re-train their employees to do a better job. read more

Absolutely horrible. They can never get your order right and want to argue with you. I have ordered the same drink for years so I know what the drink should look like They tried to give me vanilla bean and I said multiple times French vanilla. I had to repeat my order three times in the drive thru and again at the window. Manager tried telling me French vanilla coolatta wasn't brown which I told him you to need contact corporate and learn how to make it. So manager if your looking at this ... get a clue what the drink is supposed to be. Vanilla bean is not French vanilla and there is no whip cream.... read more

10:20 am Friday August 27th. Drive thru girl had a attitude. You work at a donut shop, let's try and be a little more excited to be at your job. She was also the one who made my drink. Went here to purchase 20 $10 gift cards for my staff as a thank you Christmas. The girl at the register told me, " we don't have any gift cards to sell". What?!?! How do you not have gift cards to sell during the holidays? Mind-blowing!!! Took my business to Startbucks read more

This place has continued to get worse, if that's even possible. It's almost laughable. Every online order I've placed is wrong. Today I ordered a ham, egg and cheese English muffin--get home to find no ham on it. My iced coffees for my husband and me, despite being ordered with plenty of cream, were given to us dark and gross. But of course, because the staff is so incredibly mean, I didn't bother asking for my order to be fixed. Won't be back. read more

This place needs to get their S?$! together my last two stops in were disappointing. First time was for ice cream and half the cooler was broken down. Well I'm taking my coffee home to heat it up in the microwave. Yay read more

The staff here are incredibly rude. I keep coming back in hopes they've changed management or hired new employees but it keeps getting worse. My daughter and I went there at 9:30 PM on a Tuesday evening and the door was locked! A staff member unlocked the door for us and I asked "hey, are you open?" Just FYI, they ARE open until 10 PM. About 5 or 6 young employees just looked at us without even replying. We proceeded to the ice cream counter and placed our order to find that they were out of chocolate syrup and hot fudge. We go to the cash register to pay for our ice cream and saw an employee put out fresh donuts and we were told that they aren't allowed to sell us any donuts because they were for the next morning! There was so many comments about us being made through their headsets. It was obvious they were talking trash about us and clearly didn't want to wait on us. This place needs a major overhaul. I won't go back. read more
