This location has very bad customer service. I've been waiting for my door dash order for over 39 minutes. the Workers don't communicate with you everyone is focused on the drive thru and walk in customers. Dang! I almost missed this place! In fact I did, I drove right by it. I had my GPS set for it and I still drove right by it! My phone said "Your destination is on the left" and when I looked I literally did not see it. I've never had that happen before so I figured there was outdated information and it must have been torn down. I drove up another block and turned into a parking lot so that I could look up another place to get coffee and I saw the place that has a mermaid for a mascot... You know the one I'm talking about. I set my GPS to navigate to it and pulled back out onto the road. Then all of a sudden I saw Dunkin! It's right there! How did I miss it?? It was then that I realized that it was because I was looking for a big tall sign poking up in the air, but this location doesn't have one of those. You got a really know what you're looking for in order to find this place. *Hint* it's next-door to O'Reilly auto parts! I whipped in and got my favorite coffee. Service was fine and the coffee was good as usual. But I'm only giving three stars for incredibly poor signage. I've gotta wonder, how's your business at this location doing, Dunkin? I came here with my work kiddo and his brother for coffee with a cop night and they had a great time. They were very accommodating for him in his wheelchair. I had the rocky road ice cream which was delicious and they gave me a specialty waffle cone when I wanted a regular because they were making more regular cones. The cinnamon pumpkin latte was delicious. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I got doughnuts for the next two work days and they were all not great tasting. Really awful location. They never have what we want. The ice cream selection is remarkably bad and the employees don't care. I don't blame the 17-19 year old employee's, because it's really not their fault. Dunkin probably pays them $7.25 an hour with no bathroom breaks and then relies on John Q. Taxpayer to make up the rest. I wouldn't care either. If you want ice cream, go to the local Ice Cream shop (sprinkles on top) that's less than a mile away. This is, without question, the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. It doesn't matter what time you go, they are always out of key things. It also doesn't matter what time you go for the drivethru: it will ALWAYS take a long time. I have been there on a Saturday in August at 7 PM and they had only 8 flavors of ice cream left, no hot fudge, and no bananas for banana-splits. Unfortunately, not a very good chain. Granted, it just opened, but in the past three visits, I ended up walking out for various reasons. Seldom do they have a good selection of donuts available. I've visited at different times throughout the day and there is usually about 7 varieties of donut unavailable, leaving a selection of 3 or 4 donuts to pick from. The customer service is extremely slow despite the fact there are multiple employees standing around. It is as if they only stick to their stations and are not allowed to assist in an area that has a line building up. When you are finally acknowledged, they are courteous. The good news - I've avoided unnecessary calories by just walking away (lol). The store is nice and trendy inside, but it's not the Dunkin Donuts we were all excited about. I used to come to the Harker Heights, TX location every day, it is literally 2 minutes from my house. They had staff that were kind and provided customer service. Which is what we would expect in the service industry. They got a new owner, switched staff around and people who are on the intercom taking orders are very rude- they never have anything (drinks, food, donuts) in stock. I understand the service industry can be difficult, but it is a choice. Either way I would not recommend this location- I will not be returning. In the future I will start supporting the Killeen locations. Advice? Please train your staff in customer service, customer care and the female that takes the orders in the drive through maybe reassign her to do other, non-customer facing duties. I have given this location more chances than I probably should. Every time I go here they are beyond slow and get my order wrong. I want to say it's due to the fact that the place appears to be ran by 16 year olds but still, simple instruction is not that hard to follow. This morning for example - third car in the drive through yet took 25 minutes to take my order (no exaggeration). Then they are out of staple ingredients and somehow still manage to mess up a cold coffee with cold foam. Advice: Just go to Starbucks. It's less than 2 minutes away. read more

UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!! They really caught me off guard during my very recent Drive thru experience. I asked for a half dozen donuts and the young lady asked me if I wanted assorted I told her yes and she asked, "anything else?" First of all she sounded like she didn't want to take the order then I had to ask her if I get to choose and she said, "if you want to." I proceed with my selection and then she reads back what she has and I tell her something is missing and she says with a nasty attitude, "you never said that ma'am." She never told me the amount of my order and when I pulled up to the window she held her hand out for my payment. (I notice another girl with a headset on taking a order but she's not at the window) At this point I'm just in disbelief and curious as to what is going on here.... How is a person having a bad day at 5am in the morning? The girl at the window gives me my card back and I still have no clue of how much I'm paying for my order.... I wasn't going to write a review until I cut my son's birthday cake and saw it was wrong. When I received the cake I was already upset by the way it looked but took it anyway and didn't say a word about it. (That is probably where I messed up because I should have asked for a new one.) It was very sloppy and uneven. When I took the cake out of the box it was just a hot mess. The next day when we sang happy birthday and cut the cake my son was highly disappointed and didn't even want a piece of his own cake. He doesn't like chocolate cake and it obviously says on the order it was suppose to be white cake. All he has been talking about is his ice cream cake for days leading up to his birthday. No words can describe how disappointed I am especially since their cakes are not cheap what-so-ever. I should have Yelped first because I would have seen this store had poor reviews to begin with. I have ordered the same drink for years so I know what the drink should look like They tried to give me vanilla bean and I said multiple times French vanilla. I had to repeat my order three times in the drive thru and again at the window. The staff here are incredibly rude. I keep coming back in hopes they've changed management or hired new employees but it keeps getting worse. My daughter and I went there at 9:30 PM on a Tuesday evening and the door was locked! A staff member unlocked the door for us and I asked "hey, are you open?" Just FYI, they ARE open until 10 PM. About 5 or 6 young employees just looked at us without even replying. We proceeded to the ice cream counter and placed our order to find that they were out of chocolate syrup and hot fudge. We go to the cash register to pay for our ice cream and saw an employee put out fresh donuts and we were told that they aren't allowed to sell us any donuts because they were for the next morning! There was so many comments about us being made through their headsets. It was obvious they were talking trash about us and clearly didn't want to wait on us. This place needs a major overhaul.
