This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. They got my order completely wrong. They always do. When I asked kindly if they could remake it they looked at me like I was stupid. When they did remake it, the girl in the window turned around and gave the same drink right back to me!!! I strongly suggest not going here. I drove 30 min from Belton, the very least the could do is get my drink right. I wasn't even asking them to be nice, which they were not at all. Also once the new Dunkin gets built on West Adams they will be losing a lot of business! I have never been so upset with an interaction of a fast food place. read more

If you are from the east coast and want to relive how great dunkin is, DO NOT come here. They put little to no cream cheese on a burnt bagel, and even when I came in and asked about putting more on them, they still came back with barely anything. I had to ask twice to get some type of cream cheese on it. So sad to when in the east coast they put almost an inch thick of cream cheese on it. I also ordered a chai tea which tasted disgusting because for some reason they changed the recipe and even adding the vanilla swirl made it taste like nothing but pure sugar. Very disappointed. I don't like to be that angry customer because I know they staff are only following their rules but it is frustrating to ask for something and it is not done the first time asked. read more

If 2020 was a restaurant, it would be this cesspool. I haven't been this disappointed since M. Night Shyamalan's Lady in the Water. I haven't been this let down since my mom told me I didn't have a college fund. My husband and I were in the mood for something sweet, so we decided to swing in and give this place a day in court. I was originally tempted by a hot fudge sundae, but the employee informed me that they were out of hot fudge, so I decided to try the donuts instead. My attempts to gain a desired treat were once again thwarted by the Disgruntled Daria-esque character behind the microphone when she informed me that they were out of glazed donuts (come on.) but I persisted and hiked up my already snug jeans and decided on donut holes and a vanilla creme filled donut so I could at least get a taste of the glaze that I was so eager to try. My husband decided to play it safe with a chocolate shake because the annoyed tone of our unwilling assistant seemed to denote that too much effort on their part may result in disaster. She spat instructions to pull up to the next window, managing to convey years of anger and resentment in a single sentence. We looked at each other, our eyes communicating that we both felt the impending doom looming before us. But like the cars in front of us, we soldiered on, hope dangling tenuously in our hearts. The next window held a young gentleman, and we were reinvigorated by the possibility of a friendly interaction. But unfortunately, he seemed to have attended the same school of life as the young lady at the speaker, and we were once again met with disdain and annoyance. He took our money unceremoniously, his demeanor somber and a cloud of melancholy settled over our heads. No worries, we still had the grand finale to look forward to. He mumbled "next window" and slammed the window closed, so we pulled forward again, having been promptly dismissed. The 3rd person shoved our food into my husbands hands aggressively and managed not to say anything at all. The glass barrier in place before we could even utter a word in gratitude, not that we were eager to at that point anyway. Who says thank you to getting treated badly? At least we received our order after all. I peeked into the bag cautiously, trying to ignore the warm wetness, a mysterious fluid that the bag must've been sat in at some point. I ignored the shiver of disgust and pushed down the guesses at what it could be. But then I decided to taste the donut holes first, that was the closest to what I actually wanted to try after all. I looked into the box, one corner of my lip curling up in doubt, and pulled out the confection. I gave it a cursory sniff and popped it into my mouth eagerly. Alas, this night was destined to bring me no joy. No sweet succor within the sugary walls of caloric abundance were to be found here. They were so dry, so unlovingly glazed, that I actually wished I had found some rundown cefco and purchased one of the hardened nightmares that they refer to as donuts instead. That's right, they were so bad I would rather have had gas station donuts. Right about the time I was starting to list off all the events in my life that led me to this sad point in my life my husband turned to me and somehow managed to both gargle and speak the utterance "ugh" around his straw. He forced down his swallow of the concoction and queried "what in the world is this". He stuck the drink under my face, his faced still marred by remnants of his regret. I sipped meekly, not wanting to take the same path as him, but I agreed to this when we stated our wedding vows, so I was left with no choice. My mouth filled with a somewhat cool liquid that I can only describe as cocoa flavored water. I'm hoping it was water, because at this point I wouldn't have put it past the Minions of Hatred that served us to have done something horrible, like pee in a cup and throw a couple of Hershey's pieces in to cover the taste a bit. I finished the process, having come this far into peril and not wanting to seem too weak to finish the task. Thankfully, neither of us was sickened by this heaping cup of sorrow. The creme filled donut was okay. But in conclusion, there is only one reason to risk a trip to this place. If your life is so perfect, so filled with joy, riches, blessings, and magic, that you need some great tragedy to make you feel human again. If you have to resort to enlisting the help of this sad crew to give you taste of the depths of human despair that your life could reach, only then should venture here. I would suggest a tour of a sewer treatment plant followed by massage from Edward Scissorhands before I'd send anyone, even my worst enemy, to this hellscape where dreams go to die. read more

Every time I go this location they are always out of something. So now it's been quite often when they walk up to my car I now ask them.."What are you out of this time?" And Today my bagel bites tasted horrible and bacon was almost raw and not cooked so now I only go to this location because it is close to my job and I can't always get across town to Dutch Brothers. I should just quit trying with this Dunkin Donut location they are always unreliable and never friendly. I should have learned by now to stop going here and all the poor service I receive. read more

Came in at 10pm and all the chairs were up on the tables and the 2 girls working had attitudes and were audibly talking to each other on their headsets saying they already swept and mopped and "now look they're taking all the chairs down". We only took down 5 chairs as it was a whole hour before closing. The night crew has no customer experience whatsoever. This is not the first time this has happened. Definitely need to re-evaluate their night crew staff!! read more

Why is it that every time I come to this place there's five or six employees moving at what appears to be slower than the speed of frozen molasses and the place is empty of customers. It's always "I'll be right with you." I'd get faster service from a sloth. read more

This location can't keep anything in stock. I have been too many times when they literally ran out of donuts.

The service at this location is absolutely terrible. I have been here three times in the last month and every single time there's an issue. When I went today, it took 18 minutes to get my iced coffee drink. The leadership is not there and it shows in their staff. Period. read more

I live a half mile away, so I stop at this DD on Knights Way DAILY. At least half the time, they are out of ingredients to make staple drinks. The young crew is mostly unprofessional. To the point where they have forgotten to make my drink because they are goofing around with eachother. Today, I heard a personal conversation because they didn't realize their microphone was on while I was waiting to order in the drive thru. I love DD and prefer it over Starbucks. Employees not wearing mask properly and not wearing gloves when they touch the food or the drinks!! I've seen the manager on multiple occasions and have yet to see her wear a mask at all. Such a disappointment. The ice cream ladies always have a hateful attitude at night and act like it's a burden to do their job. If I could give the store less than one star, I would. The staff was incredibly rude, including the General Manager. We left without donuts or a refund. There was an error in our order and she didn't offer to correct it or research it in any manner. She said we don't see it and nothing more. When I asked to have the contact information to corporate she said "I'll give you my email and that is it" and laughed, saying she was done with this conversation and walked away. I can't believe I even have to give a star to write a review, because our experience was just that bad. The women in the drive through was incredibly hateful, they were completely out of everything and when my husband asked what they did have, she said "we have what we have that's it" and basically chewed him out for asking. But my husband has a processing disorder and asked very politely so he could make an order as to what they had and needed verbal confirmation. After waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot for our food, the guy came and basically threw it through the window at my husband and before we could look at our order he left. We asked for no nuts because of a nut allergy, and they put nuts. My husband goes in to correct it, and they give him another ice cream- only this ice cream was the ice cream they said they didn't have before. Ok, no big deal. I then open my donuts to look and they gave the wrong donuts too. I'm assuming this was not a mistake since they messed our entire order up, and were incredibly hateful to us the entire time. This is a shame since we live so close, we frequent here a lot. We've overlooked a lot but this was the last time we will be going here. I couldn't even drink my drink because of the absolute fear someone spit in it - that's how rude they absolutely were to us. I didn't even correct the donut order because it was just ridiculous and pointless . Also, they weren't busy. It was slow. This was a bit ridiculous and I really recommend management look into the workers they have. read more
