They don't put care into their work. They don't cut your cuticles or the skin around your nail and they don't push any skin back- they just paint over it. I made a 5:15 appointment and by the time I was done it was 6:30 and they only let me dry for about less then minutes. Today I was looking at my nails and I already have a small chip....one day after. Won't be going back here.

It said pedicures and manicures on Mondays - Wednesdays are $38 which you can't beat. Girl who did my pedicure was awesome, very attentive. She did a phenomenal job. I was in a rush and was asked if I wanted mani as well so I said sure but only had 40 min. The other girl was doing my mani once pedi was being done. Mani wasn't the best I had, but for $38 for both was still a deal. Recommend pedicure- especially done by the girl who did mine, I am unsure of her name. Overall a nice experience.

I go to a place in East Hampton now that costs about the same for a gel pedicures and with just a "classic" (no frills) service, they INCLUDE a 5 minute massage of each leg (set a timer and show you) and you get the exfoliating as well as some lotion- you feel like a million bucks after (or a billion, with inflation these days)... Nail House doesn't seem "worth it" anymore by comparison. With that being said, its conveniently located (not the most ideal parking lot) and is very clean, friendly and accommodating.

First off, my mom's nail tech had no clue what she was doing. She started scrubbing my mom's feet without even submerging them in water--how is that even possible for a proper pedicure? Then, when it came time to paint her nails, my mom had two broken nails. She repeatedly told the tech they were broken and needed acrylics, but the tech ignored her and then accused her of not mentioning the issue. Seriously? The situation got worse when the owner stepped in. Not only did they leave my mom sitting there with no one working on her for 20 minutes, but she was surrounded by all the techs, talking in a different language, making my mom feel extremely uncomfortable. Finally, someone came over to finish her pedicure--but by then, my mom was already distressed and humiliated. Then came the bill. The owner charged us $175 for two pedicures--and swiped my mom's card without even confirming the price or services with us. We were told the gel polish would be $55, but clearly, that wasn't the case. To top it all off, the nails started falling off 24 hours later. This place is not only unprofessional but downright rude and money-hungry. The owner is a condescending liar, and the entire experience was horrendous. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT go here

I have a usual place in another town but couldn't make it there…read moreso since I'm in this area I figured I would try this place out.. while it looks like a nice place and has cool gifts that I noticed just walking by, I was disappointed in my pedicure. I will not name my nail tech, I am not writing this to bash her, today could have just been an off day, I'm just writing about my experience today. I asked for a classic pedicure and I get a gel polish, I told the nail tech I would like the nails clipped should they need it and shaped as square, she said they would be fine with just a file but then later proceeded to clip them, which looking after, was a bad call because she was right the first time, just a file would have been fine because now my short toes are too short and they were clipped at an angle and she did not clip and shape my big toe which is what I was talking about in the beginning. So I had to fix the smaller toes trying not to make them shorter than they already are now. She polished them nicely with my black color which is hard to polish but she did not reshape them after the polish was dried & I had nail polish on the skin on the side of my toe. I had to come home, reshape and file my big toe then that's when I noticed a smudge on one of my toes which can only happen when they are tacky before the UV light so that's something she did not catch as well, luckily it isn't noticeable unless looked up close. I don't know that I would return for another pedicure, but maybe will try the spa services instead. A bit pricey for what I received but makes sense for the area and it being a spa.

I want to first start off and say that I have been coming here for years to get my nails done…read more Since I started coming here I always would walk-in then state what I wanted to get and afterwards I would sit and wait my turn for my nails in their waiting area. I only have two stars because today for the first time ever I needed an appointment to get my nails done at this location. My nail tech did a great job and my review is not based on her performance at all. However, walk-ins should be allowed still. While sitting and getting my nails done two potential customers came in wanting to give business and they walked out shortly after being told they needed an appointment.
