I needed to get my nails done ASAP, so I decided to give this place a shot because it's down the street from me. They took me in right away, which was nice, but the guy who did my nails did not do a good job at all. I got a gel fill which cost about $35. To start, he kept pulling on my hand, and would put the electric nail file too close to my skin, which made it feel like my skin was being filed down. Next, he applied the paint all the way to my cuticles, and when I left, I already knew that in about a week, I was going to have to get my nails done again. When they started to grow out, the top was lifted upward since it was painted over my cuticle, so water got in my nail and hair would get caught. He wasn't mean in any way, but I did feel the service was a bit aggressive and uncaring. Won't be coming back :/ read more

Wasn't super impressed by my experience here. Made an appointment for me and my friend at 4:45pm on a Wednesday and we didn't get seated until 5:15pm. My friend ended up not getting her nails done cus she had to leave at 6. I also asked to remove my acrylic nails and they ended up just ripping them off manually with a nail plier which hurt. I saw in other salons that they soak your nails with acetone and secure them with foil. So I was surprised when they just yanked the acrylics off my fingers. But maybe I should have done my research beforehand. I was satisfied with my pedicure overall (got a level 3 pedicure option). read more

My friend made an appointment prior to coming to the shop.We waited for an hour and when we ask the nail technician about it and he said they are double booked and apologetic about it.Other people came in and they were "Hey Xavier" and all that,obviously they know the technicians. They were entertained first and got the chair time ahead of us.So unprofessional.Don't book something that you can't accommodate. I was very impressed by my short visit for Gel-X removal. John was very friendly & removed them quick and was gentle and checked in with me to see if anything hurt/or bothered me. Can't beat the price either, $5 for gel removal & he smoothed, buffed, & filed my nails perfectly. Other places in the area were charging between $15-$20 just for removal of gel! It's a "hole in the wall" place but I will definitely be returning to get my nails done here & see how that turns out. read more

Literally so annoyed at this place. I just came back from getting gel toes from here and the experience was horrible. The place itself and the job was decent/mediocre at best but the whole experience was just miserable. First I called earlier in the day to ask how much gel toes was/ if I could come in at 4pm. The guy who answered said gel toes wS $15 and I could come in at 4. I arrive at 3:57 and tell the guy I made an appointment at 4, the guy looks at me like I'm crazy and says I need to wait. Fine whatever ... I'm already there. Finally 15-20 mins later I get seated and I asked for gel toes the lady then tells me it's $30 and the guy on the phone meant it was $15 for gel nails... uhm fine whatever again I'm here but dude .... The lady who did my toes didn't say a word to me the WHOLE time so it was just an awkward uncomfortable experience when I went to pay I was gonna pay tip in cash so it should have been $30 and she added a $1 without telling me and when I went to sign it was $31 and I was like why and apparently it's a $1 for the credit card machine which is fine if that's the policy but again NO ONE TOLD ME And if I had knew that it would be $1 for credit card I had cash so if she would have told me I would have just paid cash ... Also, the prices here are higher than normal for a place that isn't clean and the service was subpar. I don't know if I will be back but it is a shame because I live literally minutes from here and it's convenient. read more

I gave this place a chance because it's near where I currently live and after my experience, I don't see what the hype is about. I can tell I didn't get Rachel because the nail tech who did my gel manicure did a terrible job. First off, she filed my nails (square round) unevenly even after I had to tell her to fix it a couple times. Secondly, she forgot to file my left thumb nail and I had to tell her she did once she started soaking my left hand. Third, she did TERRIBLE job at trimming my cuticles off and 3 of my cuticles started to bleed and she had the audacity to think I wouldn't notice and when I did all she said was a sly "sorry" - (you can see in the photos that they're tender). Fourth, the owner/woman had to show her how to properly apply gel polish on my right hand so my left hand doesn't look the same as the right. Lastly, she wasn't friendly. It really sucks that I had to be nit picky with my service here, if it wasn't from the terrible start to finish I wouldn't have made a big deal. She took her time but to the point that I noticed that she didn't know what she was doing or wasn't attentive enough to care. I gave this review an extra star because of the woman/owner who was sweet and had to refile my nails because I clearly wasn't happy with what I got from the nail tech. Paid $25 + $1 for card fee + pity tip which was more than 20%. Wont come back here unless I go with a nail tech that does care about they do for a living. read more

They had some guy do my girlfriends nails and this is the 2nd time he messed up, the first time he put a chemical on her for too long or something and it burned her nail and her nail turned yellow and has a hard time growing now, but we tried that place again because we thought they would be better the 2nd time around but they were worse. They put the nails on crooked, they didn't clean under the nails, they grinder her skin and glued the acrylic to her skin instead of the nail and the color isn't what she wanted and plus there's dust and dirt particles in the nail polish he used on her and he was being extra rough with her hands and couldn't do anything the right way .... don't come here and expecially don't let the male worker there touch your hands cause he can't do it right read more

The last time I went I was wanting to save a little money and just get a regular manicure but the nail tech pressured me to do gel. That's the reason for only 4 stars. They charge a $1 fee if you want to use your card to pay and prefer cash tips so be prepared. Also, the salon offers a punch card after 10 visits you get $10 off. First time here, and had a great experience! Went on a Friday morning 10am as a walk in. Came just in time... bc once I got seated, more people began to come in. It does get busy quick!! took 30-40 mins for acrylic mani. The guy who helped me was so nice, but didn't get his name. It look like he was also the "receptionist" because he was the one answering phone calls and making appts. Also, the other techs there seemed very nice.
