I brushed it off as a language / cultural barrier. Today she was upset that when I went to the drive thru on my way to work, she seemed to feel it was not her place to collect my garments. She was visibly upset. She threw them on her counter and closed the door as I was trying to thank her, and not giving me eye contact. She didnt even tell me when to pick them up. If I wasnt running a little behind, I would have turned around and retrieved them and taken my business elsewhere. We take all of our drycleaning here but I can definitely give someone else my business. Today was the last day.

That's ridiculous, especially considering there is no pricing "menu" posted, so you can't really debate them on what they ring you up for. "Same-day service" is also an upcharge and a sham, and you'll leave much more broke than you were before. Quality of service is just fine, but the price for the quality is absolutely not wroth it. I can get the same for cheaper, and I plan to from now on.

They're not one of the super-cheap pay in advance no drive thru type cleaners, but they're not the luxurious charge you more to clean something than you paid for it, either. Had one issue years ago, many years ago, that they were really up front about and they more than compensated me for the item of clothing in free dry cleaning. Things happen, I was fine. Any dry cleaner that volunteers to sew on the extra button where you break one is a good person in my book - and they do.

It has ruined my Mossy OAK hat, 2 Under Armour sweatshirts shrunk and a North Face sweatshirt. There is no regulatory body to make the "Chinese owner" comply with regulating his property to stop damaging people's clothes. I have tried to speak with the owner when he was there but he does not care about you or your clothes. Only about collecting his money.
