I cannot say enough good things about Junk Bee Gone Murfreesboro. I called them on Monday. They came out today and within twenty minutes, they moved two sofas to different floors, moved a heavy electric fireplace to the basement, and hauled away a broken treadmill and old toilet - for abouthalf what Iwas expecting to pay. While they're more expensive than My Son and His Friend Movwrs (working title) they were also much more efficient. I will definitely be using them more. read more

Absolutely fantastic service! I booked a 15 cubic yard dumpster online and had a call back in under 5 minutes to go over the details, and everything was set and ready to go within 15 minutes of booking. I was able to select my drop off and pick up dates, and the gentleman that handled the drop off was great! I made sure the dumpster was exactly where I wanted it (I swear he was able to position that thing on a dime) and took the time to go over all the details regarding safety and securing the door. There was a little scrap of paper in the dumpster and he even grabbed that commenting on how they like to leave the dumpster clean for folks. Clean is an understatement! There was no mess, no funky smells, just a pristine vessel for junk! The price was right, lower than anyone else in the area, with only a small fee for certain items like TV's. Not going to complain - I've been in the recycling business before and those old tube TV's cost money to dispose of properly. JBG's fee is far less than what it would cost me to lug them out to the county's e-waste site! Before you even get your dumpster, you're provided with a detail agreement that outlines what can and can't go in the dumpster, so there are not surprises or gotchas. Pick up was right on time and literally within a couple of hours I had my emailed receipt for the surcharge items in the dumpster. These guys don't fool around! I was so pleased with my experience that I have been telling everyone I know, and plan to use them again in the near future when the weather cools down a bit. read more

Disappointing - They did a GREAT job on marketing and selling and told me I had 7 days of use of dumpster - When actually is was only 6 days - I had planned to finish all up on the 6th evening after work - Sadly, I didn't get my money's worth and I dont plan on using their service in the future. I even contacted them multiple times regarding this misrepresentation and I was Told by " Charlie " their policy is 7 days is actually 6 days. He also was quick to say even though it's not 7 days - it was in contract AND it was - Sadly, I just took their word that 7 days was actually 7 days. I feel this is true misrepresentation. read more

Just had a run in with an employee in a Junk Bee Gone truck in a parking lot at a local Kroger. I was backing into a spot in my truck, when the gentleman in a wrapped Junk Bee Gone truck pulled forward instead of backward out of his spot, thus going through the parking spot I was literally backing into. I was trapped between his truck and the car in front of me, and I waited for him to back up since he was still half way in his previous spot, when all he kept doing was inching forward toward my truck. I got out, told him to back up so I could get in this spot...to which he yelled "fuck you" and rolled in window up and continued to sit there. This went on until a gentleman came and asked if I was okay, to where I explained I needed him to move so I could literally get out of the road and stop blocking the way. My son was in the car. This gentleman went to talk to the person in the Junk Bee Gone truck who just insisted he would not move and I have to. This nice Gentleman stayed and helped me get out of the stuck spot my truck was in by making sure I wouldn't hit anyone or anything as I only had inches to the back of his truck and about a foot in front of me with vehicles in every spot around. As soon as I was out of the way the Junk Bee Gone truck sped out of the spot and out of the parking lot like he hadn't just left me and my son stuck in the middle of a parking lot because he was a bully and wanted to be right. The whole time (which this was about 25 minutes) he could have just backed out of the spot, but chose not to...for what reason I don't know other than to be right. He sat in park and was writing things down, and now I have no idea if he was just waiting or has my information and intends to use it later. I will be telling all my friends and locals what type of employees your company feels is appropriate and what type of behavior is displayed in a public setting with an obvious business wrapped truck with a huge phone number on the back. This man should be ashamed for what situation he put not only himself in, but also having a child stuck in a vehicle in the middle of the parking lot with every change to not leave us vulnerable. read more

I used this company to remove some unwanted mattresses, an old refrigerator, lawnmower and old boards, etc. from a shed and garage. They arrived a bit early on a very hot day and were quick about grabbing what I pointed out and tossing on their truck. The rate was reasonable for sure. The only improvement would have been to not leave in such a rush, they forgot a last small piece I had pointed out. No big deal, I'd give them a four and a half star if possible. The guys did a great job moving some furniture for me. They called when they were on the way to meet me to pick up the furniture. They were prompt and very efficient and loaded it quickly, but took care of it. I really appreciated their help in moving it. All the people I spoke with, booking the appointment, as well as the guys that came to move the furniture, were very nice, personable, and upbeat.
