The job was completed. 2) Due to the tree being close to my fence and house, they were able to remove the tree without any damages. 3) Communication was ongoing. They've used email, phone, and text. It's not to hard to get a hold of them. Cons: Will be brief. I promise. 1) They asked for full payment before services was rendered. Strange, but I complied. 2) Took much longer than expected. It took them 4 days to remove a single tree. 3) Yes, they were able to remove the bulk of debris. There are still twigs, leaves, and wood chips that was not removed. I've dealt with contractors before. They come out to my house and provided a quote. A plan is drawn out. Details and estimated costs are provided. Usually these things are executed in a single day. Once the good and/or services are rendered and to my satisfaction, then payment is due. NOT BEFORE. I felt like the experience was ok and "so, so".

We had an issue with getting a dumpster but he and his crew worked around that and accommodated us the best that they could.
