I never felt unsure of what was happening and what to expect. Every single person that worked on the project was hardworking, knowledgeable, and professional. As a side benefit, we also found everyone to be friendly and very willing to give advice and recommendations. We appreciated this because we are new to pool ownership. They use a software called Basecamp to manage the project with all pictures, files, and people working on the project. This keeps things so organized. We had just a few items in a final punch list and those were handled in a timely fashion. Extra shoutout to John Burns who helped us with our beautiful patio and landscaping suggestions. He offered to send over two different pool techs the next morning and have our service completed at a heavily discounted rate. Our techs, Alex and Marlon, were wonderful and did a great job. After the service was complete Anthony called me again to see how it went and ending up comping the entire service for us. While it started off a little rocky, they definitely made right nbd us and we hope to use them again. **** Very disappointed in our service, especially because they came so highly recommended. We hired them for a power vacuum and were scheduled for Monday 6/22 between 11-3. When I got home from work at 3:30 the pool techs were fast asleep in their van in my driveway. Once they woke up they worked for about an hour and told me they don't have time to finish (but had time to nap) and said they would reschedule me for later in the week. They left a hose running in my pool without telling me and it ran so long it almost overfilled. We were scheduled to have them come back and finish this Saturday 6/27 between 1-5 and they never showed up. No one called to inform of us a change in scheduling. When I called to cancel any future services with them and express these concerns all I was told was "I understand." I never post reviews, but we are extremely disappointed in the service we received and after getting minimal response when I called to express these concerns, a review felt warranted.

I met with several companies before choosing Pool Kings, and it was the right call. They were responsive and easy to work with from start to finish, and went above and beyond on details that weren't even part of the original scope, just to make sure the job was done right. What impressed me most was the speed. My sister started her renovation with another company at nearly the same time, and she still doesn't have a liner. Ours is finished, crystal clear, and ready to swim. After hearing so many pool renovation horror stories, I'm just really glad ours went as smoothly as it did. We're extremely happy with how everything turned out, and I'd 100% recommend Pool Kings.
