JB Deluxe Roll Volcano Roll Crunch Roll

Family owned local sushi restaurant. We had multiple sushi options. It was very delicious. I liked JB Deluxe and Volcano roll out of all more. Service is very friendly and nice. Indoor sitting. A lot parking available at the plaza

Nice little place. Crowded but our food came out fast. We had shingo roll, salmon roll and tonkatsu ramen. All delicious. They also have a very big menu, going back for sure.

I went to Shingo on a Friday night and it was packed. Luckily, we didn't have to wait for a table, but after we sat, we waited 15 minutes to be greeted and served, while we watched tables that arrived after us get service before us. While the service wasn't great, the food was good. We ordered steamed goyza, which came out right after we ordered and our sushi arrived shortly after. It's not the best sushi I've ever had, but it's fresh and I'd go back!

While staying in WPB with my friends and this being one of their favorite stops for ramen and my bestie being a foodie just like me...it made sense to try it. This is now on my top 5 best ramen joints in South Florida. It's all about the broth and I say it every time. This was a heck of a pleasant surprise. We ordered a spicy cold conch and octopus salad that was as delicious as it was refreshing, an order of gyoza and one Ying Yang roll to share between the three of us but the main event, the star of the show, was undoubtedly...the spicy pork ramen. I opted for mild and it did still have some kick to it but the depth of flavor on the broth was top tier. I see why they were hyping it so much and it's now my favorite ramen joint in West Palm area until further notice. Service was also exceptional, amongst some of the best I've experienced this year.

My daughter in law is Japanese. She gave Shingo's the thumbs up and commented that their tea was authentic-beating out most of NYC!

I have been wanting to try this spot for a while so I'm glad we took a walk over from the gallery. The inside is pretty tight quarters, but for me that adds to the experience. Food and service were amazing! I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen (my all-time fave) with medium spice & a Sapporo beer. The broth was perfect, the Chashu pork was tender and they give you the perfect amount of noodles with the option to add more, of course. The broth cleared out any congestion i had leftover from our cold front! Definitely going spicier next time I dine in. TOTAL : for my ramen & beer it was about $35 - they give the XL size for beer btw

About 9 stools where you watch the chef prepare your ramen and eat at a counter. No fuss interior and service. If you prefer a quiet meal, this place is ideal. We ordered: - Oxtail Ramen which was very unique and tasty (we picked medium seasoning). Added bokchoy. Will order again. - Tonkotsu Ramen with added enoki. Not as creamy as I'm use to but you can tell all the ingredients are very fresh. For such a rich dish, I didn't feel heavy later on that night. We usually order extra ramen but didn't have to. The proportions were spot on and enough for a hearty meal. Total tab was around $65 after tip and tax. We came in around 7pm - no wait - and within 30 mins the whole place filled up.

We'd been here 10 years ago when they first opened here. At the time it was a very unique,…read moreauthentically Japanese restaurant with an unusual menu. We were introduced to items we hadn't had ever. We decided to finally return. And we learned that 5 years ago, they got new owners. And the menu is now totally different than it was. The small restaurant is located in the back of a strip of stores on the western side of 441/SR 7. It's not the easiest to find. The menu consists of appetizers and different types of ramen. As it was a cooler than normal night, we were in the mood for soup and ramen was fine. I ordered the classic ramen. First you choose the "style", then you choose your broth base. The style determines what is in your soup and what level spice you get. I chose the soy broth. Other choices are miso, tonkatsu, or veggie miso. And I chose the regular egg noodles ramen. Other choices are kale or gluten free noodles. My classic had one piece of roast pork, a whole soft-boiled egg, one pretty colored fish cake, some bamboo shoots, and one piece of dried seaweed. Along with a lot of ramen noodles. My husband selected the Hot & Sour Ramen. It was noodle soup topped with "vegetables", but it didn't seem to have much more than some scallions and green beans. I gave him my egg, so he had some protein. He said his soup had a decent amount of heat. I'm glad we came here to try them again. Now we know.
