I ordered the Pork Belly and Mini Soup Steamed Dumpling (10/10), Spicy Pork Steamed Buns (8/10), and a side of fried rice (7/10). The soup dumplings were amazing - very spicy and the broth exploded in my mouth - flavor and texture were on point. The filling in the pork steam bun was so delicious, but I wanted more! A more even ratio would've made these a 10/10 easily. The fried rice was good too, but just know that it tastes very different than what you'd get at a typical Chinese restaurant (lots of red pepper and a pretty strong flavor). I can't wait to order here again and try the rest of the dumplings/potstickers.
