We did our installation in 2022 and have seen our energy bills lower than ever before! (We have some shade on our roof so we didn't do the full roof, ~20 panels or so, but it worked out well.) They did the rebate work with the city so our out-of-pocket cost wasn't exorbitant at all. Our household also recently purchased a second electric vehicle so we contacted 512 Solar again, this time for a level 2 charger installation. Once again, 512 Solar was excellent at getting our quote together, suggesting two hardwired chargers that the city does rebates on, and actually getting the work done as well. We have to do the final step with submitting the rebate paperwork to the city, I believe, but that's small beans compared to all the work that JP and Huiyun did for us at the outset. Really happy we went with these folks and will continue to recommend their business!

Freedom Power team --…read more THANK YOU! Our system is the best advertisement you -- and Tesla -- could ask for. Our propane-generator neighbors are genuinely envious. There is no comparison. STORM TEST. Tesla installed our original Powerwall last March and Freedom Power added the extension battery this week -- two batteries now. Within hours of finishing, an electrical storm subjected the neighborhood to several hours of brownouts and blackouts. A few grow-lights flickered briefly. None of the clocks needed resetting. No noticeable latency -- Wi-Fi and everything else just stayed up. Except for the lightning and thunderclaps, we hardly noticed the storm. Rate math (FPL RTR-1 Time-of-Use). On-peak grid power runs about 29¢/kWh. Off-peak is about 6-8¢/kWh, and off-peak includes a real credit, not just a smaller charge. PRE-EXTENSION PACK. On our latest bill (1,671 kWh): only 61 kWh on-peak (3.7%) and 1,610 off-peak. The TOU structure saved us roughly $67 (July) versus the same usage with no off-peak credit. Every peak kWh we avoid is worth about 21¢ against off-peak. YESTERDAY'S LOAD TEST. Stove, hairdryer, showers, Instant Pot, TVs, computers, and air conditioning at 77°F -- and we still had 31% battery left at 9 PM, the end of the summer peak window. Under the single Powerwall we often scraped the last two hours and leaked expensive peak kWh. With the second battery, we held the whole peak on reserve with room to spare. When Elon offers vehicle-to-home (V2H) power-sharing in something nicer than the Cybertruck (wife hates the look), we'll add that to the backup stack. Solar roof tiles still feel like overkill for us -- but you've earned enough trust that we might change our minds. I already have one referral in the tunnel. I'll let you know when it lands. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

They charged us $300 for a 1,509 sq ft house -- despite the fact that the home had brand-new blinds, brand-new flooring in all three bedrooms, and no refrigerator to clean. This was absolutely not a discounted or bargain price. Before hiring them, they specifically promised they would come back and address anything my realtor found unsatisfactory after the cleaning. Based on that promise, I paid them in full immediately after the service. A few days later, my realtor inspected the property and found the cleaning quality extremely poor. She provided them with a detailed list of areas that were still dirty. One toilet was so poorly cleaned that my realtor cleaned it herself. On another toilet, instead of properly scrubbing blue staining inside the toilet, they simply suggested replacing the whole toilet altogether. That alone tells you the level of effort they put into the job. The dishwasher was still dirty. Windows, baseboards, drawers, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. There were even cobwebs still hanging on the walls. When I contacted them to come back as promised, their attitude immediately changed. They were rude, dismissive, and kept delaying scheduling. I gave them my husband's number to coordinate a return visit, and they said the earliest they could come was Saturday (nearly a week later). Then on Saturday, they suddenly claimed they would not return unless someone was physically present at the house to inspect their work. This made absolutely no sense because they already knew the property was vacant and that we were remote landlords. They had completed the original cleaning using an access code with nobody present, so this was clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their promise. After that, they stopped answering calls from both me and my husband entirely. The house was still dirty, and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo the entire job properly. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely poor-quality work. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Respond to the owner's response: you lied! (1) The toilet was totally cleanable. The second cleaner cleaned this toilet with no problem. It looks very clean now. But you even didn't try and simply asked me to buy a new toilet. What a moron. Another toilet shown in the picture showed how my realtor easily cleaned after you still left it dirty! (2) my husband said he didn't clearly agree to have someone come for you because your accent was strong and he couldn't clearly hear what you said. Simply not realistic for us to agree. When he called you, you also didn't tell him which day and time you could come back to clean the house either. Later when I called you to come back, I already explained to you why we couldn't have someone on the spot waiting for you because it was an empty house and we couldn't hire someone to wait for you there. You knew this already even before we let you clean our house at the beginning, because we gave you the house access code to come in and nobody was there! We told you our realtor would come a few days later to check and asked if you could come back to finish cleaning if she pointed out dirty places. You agreed which is why we gave you money to do it. Unfortunately we paid you in full on the same day you did the cleaning. So you can become a moron later. You simply didn't want to keep your own promise to come back to finish cleaning. You could simply say you would come back to finish cleaning what we pointed out and no more trips if my realtor found out more later. However you simply refused to answer our phone and disappeared! If you continue to lie in public here after causing us so much stress and financial loss by hiring a second cleaner, I will further seek related third party for help. I don't believe such a horribly bad company could lie like this in public.

Our former housekeeper moved so we recently had Purple Fig come in for an initial cleaning with the hopes of setting up a twice a month or bi-weekly service. We were quoted ~$280 per visit which was higher than our old housekeeper but seemed reasonable enough given they bring multiple people. They claimed the first clean was to bring things up to the "Purple Fig Standard" but when I got home after the cleaning I genuinely had trouble understanding what they did while in my home other than leave a candy cane on our kitchen counter. They don't do any laundry (even bed sheets/towels, not looking for a wash and fold service here) which is frustrating but I can somewhat understand given the time a laundry cycle takes. The most egregious offense was that they apparently also dont do any dishes . Again, i'm not asking for a post-Thanksgiving dinner cleanup here but we had a few pans and plates from last nights dinner in the sink and they didn't touch them. Overall, my wife and I struggled to understand what they really did to clean our home. When we decided not to continue with the bi-weekly service they then retroactively charged us $470 for the initial clean. For the price they charge not doing laundry or even tidying up the kitchen when there are a few dishes in the sink doesn't feel worth it. The best part of a cleaning service is coming home to a clean house that you can see and feel as soon as you walk through the door. With Purple Fig, I walked in to a house that felt like the cleaning service had to reschedule for another day

Mike is a pro! The methods he uses are the REAL old school window washing stuff -- none of the gimmicks with hazardous chemicals, etc. He also pays attention to detail and cleans bathroom mirrors and shower booth just because he decided they needed a real shine (and no extra charge, of course!)... Wow. From the first talk to the finished job it all felt like the world used to be when property owner negotiated a job and a pro got on it interactively. Don't get hooked with mass production cleaning companies when you can get the human touch with Mike. Both my wife and I are super-satisfied in all that Mike/Shine My Glass did inside and outside our house with 30+ windows. Can't recommend Mike/SMG more! read more

But three months after their service, I still cannot hold my anger…read more When they clean the windows, they sprayed water with high pressure onto them and caused one of them foggy on the same day. I had to spend $400 to replace the window glass. Also, when they tried to clean the bird poop on the stucco wall, they sprayed water to it the poop and stained the stucco wall badly. Then told me that the bird poop has acid inside. Shouldn't he know before he messes up? I had to buy $120 new paint and forced the guy to repaint for me. Worse, they are supposed to clean the upstairs windows. But they didn't clean from inside. When I asked about it. The worker said he did clean. That was a flat out lie because I was upstairs all the time. None of the 3 crew ever went to upstairs. Same thing about the solar panels. Nobody even went up to the roof, but they told me cleaned already.

They were able to reach and get all the spots needed. They also treat when they spray to help prevent mold/mildew coming back. They also did our front porch, walk way and drive way. Would use them again.

Their communication about services, scheduling and follow-up was great. They were friendly and efficient. The best part, Antonio did an amazing job at cleaning out the gutters, cleaning up all the debris, bagging everything up and hauling off the material. He also completed an inspection before leaving. However, he stayed on the phone with me and essentially diagnosed my problem for me. I went back and did as he suggested, and my problem was fixed. So thankful for Don's honesty, helpfulness and great attitude! Next time I need work done around the house, I will definitely be calling him.

We started with a plain black fence that was hard to see at night. Don went beyond to source for a number of lamps and we ended up with these perfectly match ones. The electrical wiring is well hidden that nobody can tell that the lamps are not from the original.
