I'm only giving 5 stars because 6 wasn't an option. I'm in the customer service industry. Luke picked up the phone on the first call I made. He came to my home, he gave me a bid and even though it took a little longer than initially estimated, he stuck with his quoted price. He was courteous, he was on time and didn't up charge me halfway thru the process. Luke does a stellar job and he's such a NICE GUY! I really enjoyed working with him. I only had my windows professionally cleaned because I'm selling my house. If I'd known it was so affordable I'd have called him a long time ago. He did a fantastic job cleaning the outside of our windows, cleaning away cobwebs and even a birds nest! I am very pleased with the service. The window tracks were a mess, windows needed cleaning, and I had a window above my front door with dirt-etched glass. Everything was cleaned to satisfaction and I could not believe he got that window above the door cleaned! Luke is a professional, easy to work with, and the quote was the price. I recently moved into an older home (1960s) and was debating on whether or not I needed to replace the windows immediately. They looked pretty bad!! I was talking to a coworker, and she recommended getting them cleaned first. She had used Panorama on her own home and was really happy with the results. I called Panorama and spoke to Luke, and he was able to give me an estimate by the next day. I was happy with his quote and gave him the go ahead. He was able to clean my windows a couple days after I originally called him, and I couldn't believe how much better they looked!! He cleaned them inside and out while I was at work, too! Luke was really professional and friendly, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone else needed window cleaning services. In my search to find a good window cleaner, I ended up having to call a lot of companies. Some would never call back...some were not taking any new clients...some were booked for 3-4 months out...and some were just really expensive. Luke quickly returned my call, gave me ballpark pricing on the phone, but did say he preferred to look at it in person to give an accurate estimate. I was under a time constraint, so he quickly dropped by to take a look and called me immediately to give me the bid. And even though he was in the middle of a big job, he said because timing was so important, he would squeeze me in to meet the deadline. Now, it turned out that we had our signals crossed on the deadline and he didn't end up having to interrupt his big job to accommodate me, but the fact that he was willing to go to those lengths to meet our timeline was pretty cool. He showed up on time and completed the work for the exact (and very reasonable) price we discussed. He was even nice enough to change the light bulbs in a very high outdoor light fixture, since we did not have a ladder tall enough, but he did! And I am not sure, but I think he also cleaned all the bathroom mirrors while he was in the house. How's that for going the extra mile!! Luke was professional and very nice to chat with as well. If I could tell the entire city of Austin about this guy I would, he's super professional, super nice, and does super work. I needed to get mold that was starting to invade the vinyl siding of my house. Luke gave me a quick and easy estimate and his price was very competitive. He was actually able to come out earlier than expected so I really appreciated that. He came with pressure washer and cleaning solution and I watched him go to town on the mold, my siding looks brand new now! He even offered to get some dark spots on the front brick of my house which was very thoughtful. He did the job quickly and we had a pleasant conversation. I was in Austin to get a property ready for sale. This job, that I initially expected to be straight forward an quick, turned into a mess....every aspect of it became complicated and costly. I had allotted myself 2 weeks to complete the job and have some visiting time with friends. I would have normally cleaned the windows myself except for I was lacking a tall enough ladder for the second floor and I was also starting to realize if I did not delegate some of the tasks I would never get done. Luke was at the property to give me a bid the same day I called him to ask about service. He gave me a reasonable price and we scheduled to have the windows done immediately before the MLS photos were to be taken. His flexibility was wonderful...while he adjusted his schedule around the project...at one point we had to push it back as we had some problems, he was ready to go when we needed him. Unlike many of the people I hired during the project, some who never even provided a bid after an initial meeting, or just dropped off the face of the earth after a day or two of working. Excellent Service. Called Panorama Window Cleaning and spoke with Luke (the owner). He agreed to come by that evening and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He walked through the house we me and discussed what I needed and gae me a very good quote for power washing my driveway, walkway/path, back porch and limestone on my the parts of my home that needed it, as well as cleaning all my windows inside and out.
