The owner is Roger Moore and his "CB handle" is 007 just like the double 07 movies. I brought my CB radio in for repair and a little tuning. He knows what he is doing and was very nice while at the same time taking care of me. Now it has been over 20 years since I had a CB so I took "today's CB" radio in for some education and knowledge. He also came out to my truck and set my "SWRs" which is CB talk for tuning your CB for the best output and performance. They are open 7 days a week but nights only from about 7pm to midnight. 007 is pretty reasonable too. I highly recommend him.

This was the Town and Country Circle Store in Farragut TN. My grandson and his friend visited for a week and used my LG77 Class 5 series for their games. They adjusted the settings for their taste. When I tried to use my TV after they left I had no idea how to adjust the settings back where they were. I called the store where we purchased the TV for help. I fortunately got Sierra who guided me through the adjustments and then educated me on future problems I may encounter and ways to solve them. Sierra is an excellent representative for Best Buy. Not only was she knowledgeable but Her friendly demeanor made the experience of learning how to adjust my settings myself an enjoyable experience. She explained the technical details in simple terms and guided me through the process of adjusting the settings very patiently and step by step. Through her exceptional guidance and service she made the whole experience both pleasant and informative. I highly recommend Sierra to anyone who needs assistance with their TV adjustments!

I ordered online Thursday night (7/30/26) to be delivered the following Monday, installed and set up, etc. When you order online it tells you the time frame and it also says "you can track your delivery"...well not so much! Since I was not there when they were to deliver the new TV I arranged for a friend to go and sit and wait so someone was available to open the door so they could do their job. The time originally said 7am-7pm, it later changed to 4pm-7pm. My friend was there sitting until 7:25 and no one showed, no one called, no one emailed me, no one did NADA!!!! DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD CALL ME THE NEXT DAY??? NOPE ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will never do business with Best Buy again! And don't try and call the physical store because they only have a call center that doesn't know how to track anything or help with anything. I later found out that they don't even have phones inside the store to receive calls. Throughout the day I probably spent upwards of 3 hours on hold with foreigners that I could barely understand when it was going to be delivered. They couldn't even get confirmation from the GEEK SQUAD their location and delivery time. And yes I cancelled the order! Now I'm driving days later to replace the TV myself because evidently they don't give a crap about their customers or their customer service! Never Again! The last time I used their services was…read morein 2022 after I had been being cyber bullied and my computer and WiFi hacked for nearly a year while I was renting a senior apartment from Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC) in Knoxville. I already knew KCDC was involved. They have a reputation for going to extremes to target and retaliate against residents, and I had filed HUD complaints against them. When I brought my computer into Computer Depot, the manager/owner looked at me with eyes as big as saucers. I felt intuitively that something was not right. I gave them my computer and asked them to wipe the hard drive and reload my programs to get rid of the malware. When I came back to pick up my computer, I found that they had disabled my Secure Boot and installed a program that allowed them to come and go from my computer system, but also left an open door for the hackers. That was like a big clue that KCDC had hired them as "black hats" to facilitate their cyber harassment and surveillance, which included turning my apartment neighbors against me and encouraging them to harass and surveil me. Two attorneys who reviewed my screen shot evidence warned me that KCDC might be setting me up for a criminal indictment. I will never use Computer Depot again.

I explained that I was two minutes away and asked if he could please put one letter key back on my keyboard. My "T" was off and I wanted a "professional" to put it back on so that I would avoid possibly breaking it. He said that I probably already broke it and that he would NOT look at or touch my computer without me paying $89 and that was just for him to look at it. Seriously? That's not a fair rate. I could understand $89 if I was stuck in a BSOD (blue screen of death) but one keyboard key? No way. To top it all off, his rudeness had already soured things before I even heard the $89 nonsense. I checked online and sent pics to a company who said there was nothing broken and instructed me on how to put the key back on. The company was retail and could have at least tried to sell me a whole new key but, no, they did right by me and helped me instead of coming at me with a rude attitude and an $89 fee declaration. WARNING: DO NOT USE FOR DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES OF ANY KIND!! I…read moream a college student and I use(d) my computer for 6-12 hours on some days, let's just say it is essential to my studying and I also use it for gaming and streaming video. My computer was purchased 2-3 years ago from an online prebuilt computer store with a large reputation. Sometimes on these prebuilt units, things like fans and cooling can be kind of cheap as they save cost and spend more of the budget on big name processors. This means that in my unit, my CPU pump and therefore my whole water-cooling system failed about 6 months after I bought the PC. I brought it in to the Computer Depot fast, educated service to ensure my basically new PC continued to serve me well for years to come. I asked Zack to investigate everything and let me know what he thought was causing the clicking noise and check my computer for signs of heat damage. I also let him know I wanted to pay for a new layer of thermal paste if there were any signs of early wear on the CPU. Basically, I wanted him to make sure my computer was not damaged and make sure it was safe for the future. I left my PC with Zack. Zack can be described with five words: Slow, Arrogant, Condescending, Rude, and Useless. He kept my computer for 4-6 weeks and I had to buy a laptop to continue my studies on while my main desktop was getting work done. Every time I would call, it would take hours to get through and he would tell me it was running tests and he can't get it to replicate any of the issues I saw every time I used it at home. Basically he was saying my PC was great. Finally, he replaces the pump, but he doesn't do the thermal paste and I do not believe he even investigated anything for heat damage, though at the time he said he had. I bring the PC home, and the new pump is great. Now I realize all Zack has sold is a false sense of security, as the crashes that had once accompanied the CPU pump clicks are still occurring. My PC still crashes after 10-20 minutes of doing anything, and as time goes on the issues gets worse and worse. I have spent dozens of hours if not hundreds trying software side solutions. Eventually, the pump they had installed will fail as well due to him having the pump higher than the radiator, probably causing further damage. I have run memtest86 and received errors on 2045/2059 tests, this is a RAM/CPU tool where 1 failure is severe enough to warrant replacing parts. I have installed newer, larger CPU coolers that Zack said wouldn't work on my unit. I have even moved to Windows 11 in desperate hopes to fix this issue. At this point, it is either my CPU or RAM and I definitely asked him to look at those when the PC was younger and make sure they were healthy. The point is, I had a 6-month-old computer that I took to the Computer Depot, and I was even able to point them in the right direction and asked them to protect me from this exact kind of issue. All they did is waste 6 weeks of my times, show me an incredible amount of rudeness, and sell me a false sense of security. Unless you know exactly what is going on and what your computer needs- do not use the Computer Depot. I did not have money or time to troubleshoot this issue endlessly, but now I have been forced to spend hundreds of dollars and dozens of hours due to Zack's inability to diagnose computer issues. Stay away!!
