They do tend to have great value sales where I occasionally find a tool to add to my collection. Even though I continue to have exceptional customer service from Steven in hardware and Paula at self checkout. They are ridiculously under staffed. After getting a quote on all the paint I was needing I noticed that this place was to expensive for me. I bought the same paint, maybe a better brand for 4 bucks a gallon cheaper. The manager, who I believe is named Evan, is an amazing ambassador for SW! He is patient and terrific at answering our questions. Today we watched him assist a customer who was not fluent in English, and we were so impressed with the extra efforts Evan made to make sure the customer got what he needed. And that is why we keep returning to this location to get our supplies! Exceptional customer service! Also, this store is doing a terrific job at protecting themselves and their customers from Covid.
