We are out $300 because of their shrewd up-selling techniques and stuck with 5 gallons of primer (that we didn't need but they insisted to my wife) and 5 gallons of a color that doesn't match the card. We had 5 professional companies quote our job and none of them will even use the paint that we purchased from Spectrum. It just goes to show you why Home Depot and Lowes are winning and terrible little operations like Spectrum are getting wiped off the map. They are very quick to try and help you but will leave you stranded once they have your money, like I mentioned, our color, Grey Owl, was mixed and came out like a baby blue- not a Grey Owl and they would do NOTHING! When I asked Michael to come back to fix these things, he said we owed him $800. He and I discussed this at length, but I could never really understand the math.
