I come here weekly to pick up supplies for projects I have at work. They have a great selection of everything I've needed so far. They do tend to have great value sales where I occasionally find a tool to add to my collection. Even though I continue to have exceptional customer service from Steven in hardware and Paula at self checkout. They are ridiculously under staffed. I dread coming in on the days they're off, and knowing that I won't have someone stay with me untill I find exactly what I need. And not to take anything away from other hard working employees. But there are those super stars who go above and beyond to make sure their customer is happy finding exactly what they need. read more

This Lowe's location is in a good area for shopping and dining. They had items that we were looking for, so that was nice. Prices were fair. The only thing lacking was cashier help when something didn't ring up right. The cashier was helping another family, but he never came over. So the hubs was able to manually put in the sku number for the item in order to pay. read more

Scheduled a date for a dishwasher to be installed. The morning of the install, the plumber called and said Lowe's lost the dishwasher and so he moved on to his next job. In the meantime I called Lowe's and told them and they were able to find it. I called the plumber back and he said he already moved on to his next job and couldn't install it that day anymore. Great. My husband took time off work to be home for the install and now he's going to have to miss work again for when they actually install it. What happened to customer service. So annoyed!!!!!!! COMPLETE 100% FAIL by LOWES!!! FIRST, I've been a massive customer of Lowes for many years, throughout the country. I've been in high-end custom homes, hotels, restaurants my entire life and I like to say I've seen it all but this baffles me to no end. We were going to purchase 18 windows for our home Immediately, things seemed unprofessional so I attempted to question a couple things with Keith Berry, the outside sales guy and he could not have been any more useless. Between Keith's lack of professionalism and the shady installers, we only ordered one level of our home since all trust was lost. Later, we realized this was one of the smartest things we've ever done. Everything pretty much was wrong, and I was the one who noticed, not Keith. The second we started, there were issues and Keith was gone. Got the sale and vanished...Loser! We ended up speaking to 11 staff from both lowes and Pella, though mostly Lowes, and were continually redirected regarding Keith and all the wrong windows coming. Wrong sizes, frosted glass, flip-flop measurements on a sliding patio door. Seriously, a 5' tall door showed up. Worst part, zero F($)k's given by Lowes management. One guy said he would look into a refund but he vanished. Jumping forward, the installers were Summit Installations Llc. CRAP! The guys who showed up couldn't build a dog house. Lead guy shows up with a purple eye ball and face from getting beat up prior at a bar. ..Concerning. 1-They had us purchase flashing/Sill tape for the openings, they never used any of it and said they rarely do use it. 2-After they were installed, 4 windows didn't work and one picture window had a deep scratch in the middle. A few you could barely open with significant effort. They claimed it was fine and within their specs of 40lbs effort to open the window...SERIOUSLY...40LBS!!!! 3-Any loud windows, they just sprayed with wd40 and walked away. 4-One of two casements was installed incorrectly and had to be reordered/installed. 5-Two of the screens don't work properly. 6-Porch screen was never installed. When they came back, it was put in upside-down. 7-Caulk was everywhere. Total slob job. not easy to clean up either. 8-Follow-up guys were calm and patient but still didn't fix everything. There is so much more wrong with this but this is just the main issues. Ultimately, how this asshat Keith Berry has a job is beyond me. I was told by one of the subs that Lowes recently switched to subbing all these installations out, and then all you have left is finger-pointing pointing then and nobody is accountable, until the client is so exhausted they just move on. read more

They have an 8 foot sign that says you get a free blower or trimmer went to check out and the system did not take off the trimmer. after about 20 min and three different people have to verify the 8 foot sign (which they could find) they still could not work out how to adjust the bill and their manager couldn't be bothered. Recently (2/19/25) purchased Duel Fuel Range, mini beverage fridge and a top end microwave from Lowe's (Purchased Online). They were all delivered and now installed in our new house. (good news) I had done a lot of research on the items with several retailers, but decided to purchase from Lowe's because of the protection plans available on the appliances and being a member of their Rewards Program to earn points for other items we will be needing. All was going well until I (3 different times) requested where my rewards points were for the OVER $7,000.00 purchase as they were not showing up. Got the "run around" from the local store location and was told to contact the 1-800 customer (no) service center. I was frustrated, but polite even though was on hold multiple times, then disconnected, called back (45 minutes of my life I'll never get back)... UGH! Final result... NO POINTS! Somewhere in fine print that I've never seen, apparently you do not get points for "Special Order" items?????? Free standing stove, Small beverage fridge and a top of the line Microwave!!! All advertised online, nothing mentioning Rewards Ineligible, no mention of these details even after dropping $7 Grand with Lowe's in one purchase, not even Half points offered... no customer service relief...Nothing-Nada-Zero! BEWARE if you buy any ANY gas operated machine at Lowes and you PUT GASOLINE IN IT and it doesn't work , they WONT take it back and give you a new one!!! This is their new policy. Even if it has a warrranty. They say that they would have to send it in to have it checked and IF they determine it doesn't work THEN they will get you a new one. How does one know if their chainsaw is going to work or not if you don't put gas in it?? This is ridiculous! I have been a customer and account holder since they opened in the 90's. Tried Depot when they came to town and that didn't go well. But.... Very recently I had a job to build a wood fence..Went to store for 2x4's and fence boards. Worst lumber I have ever seen. Off to Depot and found their lumber to be excellent. Same price. And at Lowe's there are rarely any carts anywhere other than in the parking lot. HD ALWAYS has carts in the store. From my days in retail I know that a store is largely a reflection of the personality and management style of the store manager. Might be time for a change. Things are sure getting sloppy. read more

We order a refrigerator and had it delivered. It took 5 days because every day we a scheduled for delivery the lift gate broke. You would think Lowe's would have more than 1 truck. Once they brought the refrigerator to our house and we paid for them to install it the men informed us they can't do that because they are not actually Lowe's employees. So I said sure so told him what I was looking for. He hooked me up and also gave me a store coupon to use. So I used my contractor credit card which automatically saves you 5 percent everyday. The worst customer Service. The people couldn't keep there nose out of their cell long enough to assist you! And the ones that did was clueless about the product you were asking about. Went to by vinyl for my flooring and they called on the intercom several times for customer assistance, nobody came. Then went to plumbing the young man wore a hoodie gangster style and not a clue what he was even there for. After all of this was a waste of my time, walked out went to Home Depot and man what a different. This Lowe's is amazing!!! I purchased a refrigerator from them. While I was still inside my manufacturer warranty we had an issue that LG refused to fix. After many phone calls with LG, I went to the Lowe's where I purchased it. Tricia helped me SO much!!! She spent over an hour on the phone with LG, and they are sending someone to fix it. We have been going here for years. Lately the customer service has continued to go downhill. The last couple trips we have gone here and the employees have either been making a personal phone call or when I ask for help they will blatantly ignore us and stare at their work devices and walk away as if they were just called to something else. First of all, Lowe's used to be my go-to-store. I have purchased everything from riding lawnmowers, small chipper, blowers, edger, countless power tools and everything in between. After the tornados hit Rogers Memorial Day weekend (2024), I went there to buy a chainsaw. We had many trees down in our yard and insurance does not cover removing them....we had been quoted approximately $9k to remove. Not being an option, I purchased a chainsaw, replacing an old one I had been given about a decade ago. I came home to start it and after the third crank, the pull chord came right out of the saw. I immediately went back to Lowes to change it out, they could see on my receipt it had only been a little over an hour since I purchased it. They said all gas-powered tools are final sales! I said, "well, this one I bought a little over an hour ago and it has never even run." Manager said, "did you put gas in it.?" .......well, yes, of course I did to start it. He immediately said they do not take back any gas powered tools that gas has been put in already. He said, "I can give you the name of some Husqvarna service locations in the area." ....well, great, we just had a tornado, power is off and now I am supposed to go take a brand new chainsaw to a service center.....I am sure they are not open and if they are, I am sure they are backed up weeks. I left Lowes with a brand-new chainsaw that does not work. I spoke to a woman on the way out who was very upset, she had bought a generator and it would not work and they would not take it back and gave her the same run around. Lowe's, thanks so much for not being helpful during a time of tornado damage in our area! It was really sad to see how you treat customers during a time when they are in need. Why is there no zero stars? Worse customer service I've ever seen. I spoke to Tim ( assistant manager at Lowe's I. Rogers Arkansas) who first sent the head cashier back with a BS story about not being able to price match an online competitor because they weren't a local competition. Please go ahead to Lowe's website and check the policy... it says online competitor plus shipping and handling. After being turned away by Tim I called Harry ( Rogers Arkansas store manager) at 8 am this morning. He said he would get right back to me. So far no phone call... I've called him 2 times throughout the day and have not been able to get him. Now I've moved on to corporate who said it's " select" online competitors again, not what the policy says. While waiting for a supervisor I was then hung up on. I'm now on hold again after waiting for them to call me back over an hour and a half later the first time. What a joke of a store. I run a division of a large construction company in the area and send up to 20 employees here for materials daily. Not anymore... Home Depot here we come. Over a $1200 price difference you've lost more business and revenue than you even understand by ruining this customer relationship. I see that everyone is busy, but she was not only rude to my mother, but I have found her rude every time I go in and or call in. I'm happy to wait for the next associate to assist me as I'm in the store regularly. Receiving any type of help from her seems like I am putting her out. She may "know the rules" and been with Lowes for some time, but her customer approach and skills need major help. Mainly in the paint section, but also all over the store with my husband since he recently fixed up a house we selling. Overall, great customer service - always someone there to help and if they aren't sure they will find someone to help you. However, usually it seems that everyone knows their stuff. In the last 3 months since I bought my home I've spent $6700.00 at Lowes in Rogers, mainly because it's 3 blocks from my house. After my experience with Stevie in Blinds this week along with other store associates in the past few months, including the manager, I will drive the additional 4 miles passing Lowes on the way and shop with Home Depot. I've had disrespectful and rude experiences in Appliances, Paint, Doors, Lawn Mowers and now Blinds. My experience in Appliances was so poor in June that I actually did walk out and make the drive to Home Depot where I purchased a Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer. After a few months I let Lowes convenient location to my home persuade me to give them another shot for the purchase of 15 Faux Wood Blinds. Stevie actually threw her hands up in the air and rolled her eyes at me when I stated I wanted her to remove the blind removal and take away fee from my bill. I told her that I would do it myself and save the $250.00. Management did not seem the least bit concerned about this complaint. I ordered patio furniture from Lowe's on 5/21 The delivery company NSD has had the furniture since 5/28. The delivery company has had the furniture out for delivery 3 times (6/4, 6/11, 6/18) and have not shown up. Now they've scheduled it for 6/25. Lowe's will not refund my money because the furniture is not in the vendor's possession. If I could get it in my possession there wouldn't be an issue. I'll going to have to seek a refund from my credit card company. Lowe's should not be doing business with NSD. The store calls me and says I can pick up the 8 they have and then drive to Bentonville to get the other 2- yeah Lowe's, gas is free! I have called their 800 number to complain about this store and the Siloam Springs store multiple times- to be told a member over those stores would contact me within 48 hours. It's been 3 months...still waiting. After this experience, I will be a loyal Home Depot customer from now on!!
