Part damaged by Service Technician 2 of 2.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to David Ward and Metro Appliance store people in Lowell, Arkansas for resolving our dissatisfaction issue in one day that was never resolved with Frigidaire/Electrolux Service. Our part replacement issue was ongoing for 6 weeks. I and my husband Peter love all Frigidaire appliances that were sold by Metro Appliances to our new home builder. Especially the Microwave product #PMBS3080BFA. In short, we like the appliances for the best performance, looks and durability with reasonable pricing. Unfortunately, the microwave needed the turntable motor replacement in original manufacturer's warranty by Electrolux Service. The service technician accidentally dropped the trim kit on the floor and damaged it. He promised to replace it but he never did. The Electrolux Service Representatives tried to resolve this issue in 8 phone calls that my husband placed without success. We just received false promises from same service technician and service people. This is when David and Metro Appliance came to the rescue. Metro Appliances didn't cause the issue but they took a responsibility making sure to make a customer happy. David procured new trim part in one day and have it ready for pick up next day free of charge. We need more people like Metro Appliances have to make our lives better. The products they sell and their showroom in Lowell AR are beautiful. I will recommend everyone I know to shop there.

I do not know how this company had the reviews that it does. We called to schedule an appointment…read moretwo weeks before Thanksgiving. We had a date scheduled and then something came up they needed to reschedule. Ok no problem we rescheduled. Then I get a call from the dispatch lady named Merna and Stacy that we need to change again... ok at this point I was annoyed but... things happen. The night before service get a text confirming for another day. Called they said oh yeah we have a different day. At this point I'm annoyed they assured they could move it. She said the tech will message you when they are on the way.... Nope he said that was there job. Super nice guy he also said they were running into issues. I was asked to pay half now and the other half once the job was completed... they needed to order the part.... Ok no problem.... Similar situation to get the tech back out there. They don't accept cards only check.... Ok wrote the second check now it's January and February and they are stating that the lost the check or it may have cashed might not have but they can't track it........ At this point they do not have there stuff together. Do not use the services seems very suspicious. Going to report to the BBB
