I want to start by saying that I've had a very rough day. I had to get a few things at your store this evening, and was already teary eyed while I began checking out. That's when Jenna came over. She greeted me, immediately noticed I was struggling. She asked me if I was okay, if she could help me, and asked my name. Embarrassingly, just from feeling "seen", it made me cry more and I could barely say my own name. She pulled me in, she hugged me, and asked me what happened. I tried to tell her I was fine, but she didn't accept that. She hugged me again, and told me she's praying for me. And her smile and warmth told me that she is the real deal. Jenna walks the walk. Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Rogers, Arkansas location today. I visited the store to exchange a defective riding lawnmower battery that was not holding a charge. Despite my previous experiences where store associates successfully located my account using my driver's license and Social Security number, I was informed that the exchange could not be processed without my physical Home Depot card or the original receipt. Furthermore, the associate at the counter was unprofessional and unhelpful. The situation escalated to involve two supervisors, yet the issue remained unresolved. This experience resulted in a significant waste of my time and gasoline, and has caused me to reconsider maintaining my Home Depot account. I plan to return to the store tomorrow to attempt to resolve this matter. It's really distressing when you trust a salesman, and he tells you that a closed box is something that it is not and then you go back to the store and you return it.But they keep your sales tax and they tell you, it's a stocking fee.I'm not certain I will be shopping at any of their stores. RUN! If the answer isn't on the webpage about the product you want to buy then the team members don't have answers. I had a series of questions and they were zero for 4 on each product. I got answers like 'I think' or 'Umm Maybe'. I am not spending thousands of dollars with you when you can't answer questions about your products. read more

Wow this location was the bomb digity!! We met a merchandising individual here that had it going on! He was organizing the fruit trees and then cane with us and showed us the inside plant area. It was extremely well taken care of! The cactus and succulent area was legit! It was organized, cared for, and looked great. I will NEVER order at HOME DEPOT.Com. I ordered A patio set with fire pit. 1. Online track date was wrong and when it said it would be delivered on the 4th. It NEVER was UPDATED. After going through long waits for customer service, it was discovered that the Shipper only ships to Arkansas once a week. They rescheduled for the 12th. 2. When arrived with OUT a 30Min Prior phone call the boxes were torn. See photos. 3. Covers for seat cushions were not shipped. 4. Home Depot called shipper who said "they will check the loading dock and get back to me in a few days" In the end , after 5 calls to Customer service waiting to talk to a live person..it was decided to refund the covers and then just re order them. Just like every Home Depot I have ever visited, a huge "big box" filled with friendly and helpful associates. This store was opened about four years ago to much fanfare and now it seems like it's been here forever. The usual housewares, garden, hardware stuff, as well as a large lumber area. Would give zero. Not so much an issue with Home Depot, Rogers but issue with the vendor they use to deliver and install. Terrible customer service and did everything they could to get out of making the delivery that was planned for over a month Driving 2.5 miles to the correct road for delivery was too out of their way. Went for a gallon of wood stain. The young guy working in the paint Department didn't even acknowledge me standing at the counter waiting for his help. He was too busy with the new gloves he had just went pick out from the shelf. I said hello and he then asked what he could do for me. I showed him what I had come for from a photo and asked his opinion on which color he thought it was according to the color chart. He looked at the color chart and said he wasn't sure, then walked off to get a belt clip from a cabinet to place his new gloves onto. WOW!! He then returned to me and I asked again if he thought this was the color, showing him the photo and the color chart. He said he couldn't say because if I don't like it I will then say "Well the paint guy told me it was this one". WOW. I then said okay, and walked off. He also walked away from the counter and began playing on his phone. read more

I needed 2 boards for a small project. I asked the clerk if the price of $5 and some change was correct for the boards that I selected. He affirmed that the price was correct. When I went to checkout the price for each board was twice as much. It's not a lot of money, but it is annoying. He should have checked the price. Anyway, merry Christmas! read more

I don't know why I bother to go to Home Depot. They rarely have what I'm looking for, they have a very limited selection, and the workers are not well versed in their inventory. As an example recently I went there looking for some 1x1 support brackets. The first person I asked sent me to the wrong department. I then took off on my own headed for the hardware department. As I got to the hardware aisle I stopped and asked an employee if they had the brackets I was looking for. She "wasn't sure but they might be towards the end of the aisle". Of course they didn't have what I needed. I would like to add that their hardware department consisted of one aisle with both sides being used for hardware . I just shook my head and asked myself why do I even bother. My experience at Lowe's was everything that this one wasn't. read more

I have been to this Home Depot a few times and recently I was here with my husband this past weekend. CUSTOMER SERVICE: To me this is the most important part of this store. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We have never had a problem finding someone to help us if we need help and/or have a question. They are very honest and straight forward, which is great. Good job! SELECTION: I'm not an expert on home improvement items, but I would be shocked if they did not have what you need. I used my lunch break to run over and get a couple of Husky storage boxes. I am on the isle and get the one large box and in the process of getting two more medium size one. I could not find the right lid when the associate said I had to leave the isle because they were going to get something off the top shelf one isle over. I said I just need to get these two box kids and almost done. She said you can come back after we are done. I said ok is getting a box off a shelf more important than losing a sale? She said we can't have you on the isle and we can help you after, and I replied I am on a tight timeline and have to get back to work. So I left won't use Home Depot anymore since they value a box off a shelf and their time verse a customer's time who is actively buying a product to keep them in business. Got a washer that was defective at delivery, makes the most god-awful grinding noise and sounds like it's just going to fall apart. Had been told multiple times by Home Depot a replacement would be granted since I contacted within 48 hours but never happened. A technician came to look at it and confirmed a replacement would be sent, waited a week and heard nothing, called again and was told it would be delivered that Friday, another technician showed up WITHOUT the washer and said he was just under the impression he was checking it.He also confirmed a replacement would be needed but said Home Depot had to put in the request, since he was from a third party. Between a month of phone calls totaling up to SEVENTEEN, the final "resolution" was "load it up yourself and bring it to us for a refund then place a new order". So more waiting? At least a week if not two of no washer when already been minimizing use? And finding a way to haul a washer? This is a joke. read more

I purchased a bike rack for over $70 at this location and after purchasing I realized before leaving that the expensive rack was scratched. I asked the lady at self check out if they offered discounts on damaged items and she said she could do 20% off. I said thank you, and went to customer service with my receipt. I then explained the discount to the grey haired old woman at check out and she said "who told you that?!" I then explained that the lady at self check out had. Drudgingly, she said okay and issued the refund. The way she issued the refund confused me so I asked her to explain it and she rudely and loudly said "it's called I issue you a refund and you get your money back." And stared at me. Andersen Windows. We built a new home and purchased our Andersen 100 series windows from The Home Depot in Rogers, AR. We purchased the windows directly from THD in December, 2017. When the windows arrived for January installation, several were the incorrect size; some of the glass was ordered incorrectly and the hardware was all to have been polished nickel and some came in black. We have finally moved in almost a year later and we have a few windows that need to be adjusted as they won't even lock properly. The Home Depot has been completely unresponsive with zero follow-up and no accountability to make it right. Need windows, spend your money elsewhere. read more

This is by far the best home depot that I've ever been to including NY. The staff is far more helpful and knowledgeable than anywhere near my home and there really is someone in each department. Also, the space is huge and has a very widely diversified inventory. It's really a Home Depot heaven. They really take their time to educate the consumer. I came to this HD location and learned so much about wood flooring, then came back to NY and put that information to use. I needed a uhaul and Home Depot advertised that they rented out uhauls. When I called the store the customer service representative said that I would need to make a reservation online. It was not easy trying to figure out where to reserve the reservation because the customer service representative at this location and the website did not specify that I needed to reserve it at Penske.com and pick it up at Home Depot. So I finally figured this out. When I went to pick up the truck, the associates (3 of them) at the return/online pick up desk was fairly busy but not extreme. They were overly stressed and showing it unprofessionally. I felt like I was a problem by being there in line instead of a customer and I'm sure the rest of the people in line felt that way too. When it was my turn to rent and pay for the uhaul, the guy couldn't explain to me why it cost $250 up front. He said " I don't know, this isn't thru Home Depot so I don't know their prices and what they are charging you for". Weird??? ok.... so I paid for it and then he prints out the receipt and finally explained it to me but I felt he was just sloughing me off to get me out of the way.
