She went back over all the details with me to make sure everything was correct. She explained that the flower arrangement I had selected ed online may not gave all the colors available for this time of year. I thought of her Fall colors would be great and she said they could definitely fix something great at the price point I wanted with those colors. I decided to call and speak to someone to complete my order. The girl on the phone was pleasant and helpful. Said they would deliver on Saturday since Fri they were booked with Valentine deliveries. I have used Flowerama twice now to order flowers for my wife. In both instances I utilized their website where you can order delivery. On both occasions I had to call them because by the time evening came, the flowers had still not been delivered. I had to call the store, where they had to find my order and then tell me it'd be delivered the following day (one day after I ordered them-and paid them-to be delivered). On the most recent order, I was told "oh we aren't doing deliveries today". It's strange they would tell a customer that when they had an order to go out today. If you don't want to honor your orders on time or pay attention to details, you won't get any more of my business. The 2 stars I'm giving are because the arrangements themselves are very well done and I like that the notes are hand-written. Edit: The owner reached out and helped to resolve the situation, and I'd like to thank him for that. He genuinely seems to care about making sure customers are satisfied with the services they're getting. read more

This company is absolutely amazing! I ordered 6 roses with baby's breath in a vase for her birthday online lastnight around 930pm. I called to get an estimate on the delivery time at 945am the following morning and I was informed the flowers were ready and just awaiting the delivery to my gf. Rachel also mentioned the upgraded my flowers to include Lilly's as well at no charge! Here it is at 1020am on the day of delivery and I receive a phone call from the delivery drive who informed me he had dropped the flowers off and that she had revived them. I went in to find out about sending flowers. Was told we're not an FTD place. Was told many reasons why I shouldn't shop there including minimum $50 to ship, what the price of the service fee was, the fact that they couldn't show me a book to choose from arrangements. I didn't care about the prices, I wanted to order flowers. It's called flower Rama... Doesn't that indicate that you sell flowers. Everything was negative negative negative. The girl pointed me at her case and said that I guess you could look at the arrangements and see if you like something. She even went so far as to tell me that roses cost more where so was sending the flowers to.They obviously didn't want my business and could've cared less when I told her OK it's too hard to do business here and I turned and walked out. If the owner was there he should be ashamed. If he wasn't there he should've been because I would've fired everyone in that entire store. Instead I went online and then 15 minutes later ordered a beautiful arrangement for less than they would've charged me and it will be delivered when I wanted. I tried to do business there but they didn't want me or my money so sounds like a pretty bad business plan to me. My Company recently learned of a death of a partner, and found that the funeral services were less 3 hours from starting. Flowerama was able to take our order and have it delivered in two hours, an hour before the service began. The person taking our order over the phone was amazing. She made sure our order was perfect, and suggested a arrangement that wasn't hundreds of dollars like online shops will do. Flowerama was respectful to our situation, helpful and delivered our arrangement with a professionalism that is usually followed by a high price tag. I love Flowerama for all my personal needs, this is the first time I had to use them for a business need and they did not disappoint. This shop has been here since I moved to NWA and that was over 20 years ago...there are reasons small shops like this last this despite stiff online competition. Awesome customer service!! I first ordered from another website on a Thursday evening about 8:30 pm. They called me back and said they did not have a florist that could hand deliver to Rogers, AR (which is not far from Fayetteville, AR). They asked for another address which was not an option in this case. Then they offered to UPS the flowers to the nursing home, which would arrive the following Tuesday, without water or a vase. Also, not an option. I cancelled the order and then ordered from Flowerama about 10:30 pm the same night. The flowers were delivered the following morning by 8:30 am!!!! AND they texted me to let me know they were delivered. The arrangement was inexpensive and beautiful!!! I let my friend, who received the flowers, know of my great experience. I am so stunned at the caring service I received! I live 3,000 miles away in Hawaii and when I found out my grandma was sick in the hospital this morning I wanted to send her an arrangement. I placed my order at 4pm Arkansas time and received a call from the owner within 10 minutes and he explained to me that they wouldn't be able to deliver them on Sunday like I requested because they would be closed and it would be iffy the next day because of a snow storm moving in and that he would call his store (he wasn't even at work) and try to have them delivered tonight. 45 minutes later I got a call from my grandma telling me that she got her flowers and they are beautiful!!!! The staff went above and beyond to accompany me and to brighten my grandmas day. I am in tears. First the very small bad thing ... their website design isn't the greatest. You have to click Info to get to the option to add something to your cart, and that's not readily apparent. Though once you figure that out (and anyone who shops online frequently will figure it out pretty quickly), it's quite easy to place and pay for an order. Less than an hour after I placed the order, I got a text from my mother that the order had been delivered to my brother's hospital room. A couple of minutes after that, I got a personal phone call from the shop to tell me it had been delivered! Very happy with my experience! read more

I stopped by to discuss wedding flowers for my daughter's wedding...I was told I needed an appointment with the bridal consultant...but they couldn't make it bc she wasn't there. I called a few days later to make an appointment and then the consultant told me she doesn't take appointments, you just stop by and talk with the consultant...which means wait if other people were there ahead of you...not a very helpful group of folks and the website is useless to see what they have for wedding options. I'll stick with my little mom and pop store in town that offer great service and attention. The last thing I need on her special day is stress dealing with an unprofessional florist. read more

We've been regulars since you 1st opened, buying all kinds of different flowers for all kinds of occasions & we've NEVER been disappointed w/the flowers or customer service, until this past week. A week in a 1/2 before Valentine's Day my husband went into the store to order a dozen yellow roses. Since you only do certain arrangements during Valentines that you allow for pickup, not only did he have to pay extra for these yellow roses in the 1st place but he also had to choose your $12 delivery since you also don't allow pickup of special orders during Valentine's week. After only 2 days a couple of the roses were bent over & 1 had crumbled apart so he called in & spoke w/a very sweet young lady who was very apologetic & advised him to bring them in & they'd fix it. The next morning we brought them in & immediately were brushed off by the owner saying, "these flowers were actually just fine & that every color is different." Instead of just replacing the bad roses you replaced the entire dozen, some looking worse then the ones we brought in. When asked about reimbursing that $12 delivery fee the owner said no because "he didn't feel comfortable reimbursing for a service they actually completed" (even tho 1-it wasn't even Flowerama themselves that made the delivery & 2- we had to bring them in for replacement). For over 13yrs my husband has bought all kinds of roses, specifically yellow, from several different florist in the area (including here) & we've never had any that just literally fell apart w/in 5 days like these. To spend $80+ & only have 4 maybe 5 roses left after only 5 days is pathetic in itself but then to add insult to injury by brushing off your customers on top of it, that has cost you a once very loyal customer. read more
