I never leave bad reviews, but I had to for this one. My mom wanted to send me flowers for my birthday, reached out to Enchanted Designs, and even paid extra to get the flowers delivered on my birthday. They came 4 DAYS LATE! and they sent the wrong bouquet. The flowers are pretty, and I am so grateful, but the service was very bad, and I would hate for anyone else to be put in my mom's position. Flowers sent were completely different colors, wilted and not flowers from what was pictured when I ordered a birthday arrangement. While I am completely aware some flowers might not be available and others substituted this entire arrangement was subpar and low end. Enchanted should have contacted me and asked about a different arrangement or told me what would be sent and adjusted the price. Beautiful floral arrangement delivered promptly to my aunt's front door. Their website is user friendly and a great search engine. I found exactly what I was looking for in minutes. The problem? There were so many fantastic bouquets to choose from that it was a difficult decision! I finally decided on a colorful bouquet called Teleflora's Smile for Me bouquet. The photo on the website was very vibrant and rich hues, but the final in-person bouquet was even more amazing. To my delight and surprise, the florist included these gorgeous bright purple roses in the arrangement. There were also spray roses of various colors and it was delivered in a glass bubble bowl. My aunt was very pleased, see my attached photo. They were very generous with the amount of roses. Plus it was in my budget, actually less than I planned. Just $47.95 for a standard order plus a $10 local delivery fee. I have ordered from this florist in February of this year as well and the service and quality of flowers was excellent. read more

I found this company online when I was searching for flowers for my wife for our anniversary. The site was very user friendly. The product was a little pricy, but with the really solid vase and compact amount of high quality flowers felt it was worth it. I ordered delivery a few days before scheduled arrival. The day of delivery, the product came in early afternoon and looked exactly like the picture, though it was a touch smaller than I was imagining for the cost. But, all of the flowers were fresh and nicely arranged. I would order from these local folks again. read more

Seriously! Ordered a designers choice for our anniversary. It is a bouquet I could have bought at a grocery store for $6.99 shoved in a generic happy whatever day vase. It's about 8 inches tall. Seriously? For $60?! One star because they did deliver on time. Just for reference, did the exact same thing last year in another city, my wife had to have help carrying the arraignment it was so big. Highly disappointed. UPDATE! I will eat crow and apologize. Enchanted Designs sent a new arraignment today with an apology that the incorrect arraignment was delivered yesterday. Enchanted Designs, Carla in particular, came though for my 90 yr old dad who ordered flowers for my mom via computer. Needless-to-say, the clearing house floral website that got his initial order took advantage of the situation charging more than Enchanted Design would have, and then with Enchanted Design having their own issues around Valentine's Day, the flowers he ordered arrived a day late and though very pretty didn't hold up but a few days. Carla, at Enchanted, when I called about the bouquet was wonderful, very sweet and helpful, and not at all defensive. She made everything right by having another beautiful, full bouquet delivered to my mom the next day who was thrilled and, therefore, so was my dad. Not only did Enchanted Designs send a deceitful email stating they had "hand delivered" on a particular day, it showed up 3 days late. My husband's 95 year-old grandmother fell and broke her hip, requiring surgery. We live out of town and was looking for a reliable florist to deliver a vase of fresh flowers to the hospital to brighten her day. I was able to quickly order the bouquet for her online (Enchanted Designs came very highly rated here on Yelp) & followed that up with a phone call to make sure they received the order. I spoke to Carla, who was very kind and assured me they would get a beautiful bouquet made for us & would get it delivered that afternoon; she even said they fill the vases a little more full when they're delivering to someone in the hospital, knowing that flowers will brighten their day. Within a few hours, I received an e-mail confirmation that the flowers had been delivered, and consequently started receiving photo texts from family members who were there when the flowers arrived -- honestly, the most gorgeous bouquet we could have asked for. We HIGHLY recommend Enchanted Designs, and hope to be using them again soon! read more

I was very disappointed in the transaction for many reasons. 1. When I was picking out the flowers on the website the price was $28. Then when I added to the cart it became $36. I thought maybe it was tax or delivery fee but it was not as those were additional to that. 2. I asked for the delivery to be before noon. I know you can't guarantee that but I did make the order the day before. I also gave a tip as I thought that would give incentive to deliver as requested. They were not delivered until after 3:00 and the school was a zoo with parent pickups and thus the flowers were not appreciated on the first day of school that my daughter was teaching. Which was the purpose of sending the flowers! 3. The flowers delivered look nothing like what I picked out and much cheaper flowers were used. As you can see in the picture above there are several roses in the bouquet and there were none in the arrangement that was delivered. So overall extremely disappointing experience! read more

I am giving them a three stars because their flowers were fresh and so was the greenery! I received a half a dozen roses for Valentine's Day from my father-in-law who gives me flowers every year on Valentines he is a sweetheart. The arrangement was not what I was used to from a flower shop. The placement or the Roses were not uniformed very well and inside the clear glass vase there is a 2 1/2 inch dead stem inside lol I measured it because I have never seen this before plus the they added some thin black stuff (looks like black thin stems that have small thorns) inside the vase. I hope this is not an everyday occupancy. I am adding a picture of the vase and roses. read more

Horrible. My son ordered flowers for my birthday, which is five days after my husband's. I warned him about Enchanted Designs, but he wound up ordering from them anyway, with their assurance they'd deliver on the 17th. Again stayed home all day and got nothing. When he called on Monday, they offered to refund the delivery fee. He asked that the flowers be delivered as late as possible in the day. When I returned home from shopping, I looked on the porch for a package i was expecting. Didn't expect to find a bouquet sitting in the chair, being whipped around by the wind. No phone call to tell me they were coming. No attempt to leave with my neighbors. They just left it on the front porch for the wind to beat up. Second order delivered late. No apology. No concern for the customer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are all about themselves and their convenience. The customer comes last. read more

This place was absolutely amazing. I'm located in California and my sister moved near this florist. I called and ordered an arrangement sight unseen. Was told it would be a few hours since I called late at noon. I talked to my sister and found out she was leaving to a movie and the florist said the flowers couldn't stay outside due to freezing temps. I called back to see if they had a time frame and after hearing she wouldn't be home the driver rushed the flowers over and made it his first stop 12 minutes later. You don't get this type of customer service in California and I will forever use this business as long as my sister is located within their delivery range. I live in So. California and my daughter lives in Centerton AR. I located Enchanted Designs on line with favorable reviews. I ordered a lovely dusty purple and mixed greens floral arrangement and paid for upgrading to a fuller bouquet. I used on-line ordering and payment and wrote a detailed note (Congratulatory bouquet for completion of an MBA). The bouquet arrived at my daughter's when anticipated. They left a recorded phone message of the delivery for me. My daughter sent photos of the upgraded bouquet and it was lovely. I can't speak for the longevity of the flowers, but they sure looked great in the photos. I will be using this florist again in the future. read more
