There was even one time that I called ahead of time because I had a small window (they weren't busy) and they had the thing I was looking for waiting for me at the register. There was even one time that I needed something really small and it was such a small purchase amount (I believe some specific black tape) that one of the staff actually offered to give me their personal roll of tape to keep. I insisted on paying however. For me, this location has always been exactly the type of hardware store every other hardware store should be, like heaven's hardware.

They stock just about anything you need for the house except for lumber. Their prices are good, too. This is how hardware stores used to be - it's refreshing.
