Again my husband had to do the call back. This is unprofessional. And then just like that that he brushed us off saying that the whole fireplace had to be redone and it would cost about $3500. to do and he send us a link for accessories for the fireplace to spruce it up a little. Clearly he didn't want our business and I was offended by the way he just brushed us of like that. What kind of business is that. Be careful people who you deal with.
