The architecture and outside area is so nice. The design of the building is very nice and kind of Mediterranean - which I love. There is also nice covered outdoor seating areas. The inside is very nice, but not too different from other Neighborhood Walmarts. I was impressed because they had a little organic section of produce - which rarely ever happens at a Neighborhood Walmart and never happens at normal Walmarts. it was laid out nicely and was clean. The employees we came into contact were very friendly and helpful!

Associates are friendly and professional. 4 stars instead of 5 because it seems that the selection for clothes and kitchen linens has become more limited in the last few years, but that problem is not unique to this TJ Maxx. Still worth stopping by if you need something, because the price is always better here than anywhere else. My sister found a pair of wine colored Italian leather pants with the $999 tag still attached--she paid $89! I don't buy as many clothes at TJ Maxx or Marshall's as I did maybe 5 years ago. I have noticed the limited selection in California, Massachusetts, Kansas City, etc. My daughter and my out-of-state friends say the same. Is it the same everywhere?

We got a call on the 13th saying that it would be delivered on Sunday the 16th between nine and 10.. it never showed up. I called Jonathan at JCPenney's, he's a young man who sold us the mattress very nice guy. I feel like none of this is his fault.. He called the delivery people who told him they don't even deliver on Sunday and he called me back and said they would call me within an hour and a half. Five hours later I called Jonathan back because I received no call. He gave me the phone number for the delivery place I called them. They wanted proof that I did not have the mattress. I was told that those guys would always call if they were not going to deliver a mattress, but we got no call and we stayed home all day waiting. I was told they would see if they could find the mattress and that they would call me for sure the next day or the next day has come and gone. It's now the 18th still no mattress, still no call, but they have our money. The blue truck delivery service that JCPenney uses is an absolute joke again I would never buy anything from JCPenney that needs delivered. In fact, I believe we will be not buying anything at all ever again at JCPenney.!!

When we got home, a two hour drive, we find she gave us the wrong quilt. Called the store. They wanted us to drive back and make the exchange. When we declined that suggestion, they said they would ship the correct one but only if we would pay for the second quilt as well. Asking for overnight shipping, the clerk said they would only if we would pay the extra delivery charges. We declined. Once the second quilt arrived, we had to call the store multiple times over the next week to get them to send the return label for the original quilt. When the label was received and the package was returned with confirmation by the UPS tracking number,we again called over multiple days asking for the credit to our credit card. They would not check on it and said we should call our bank to ask them. Eventually the credit was given. I called the Pottery Barn corporate office to register our complaint. While someone did take note of why we were calling, the return call that was promised has yet to be received 10 days later. Pottery Barn, if you are reading this please do not respond with a form letter apology. You sell nothing that anyone has to have. All your products are enjoyment items.
