This review speaks to the management of this store. We were there yesterday and a contractor van was parked in the handicapped spot that we needed to get my mom out of the car so we could eat at the restaurant next-door. I walked into the store and saw the man who was driving it standing with his back to the counter and asked if he could move it. He then crossed his arms with an attitude and said no. Then I said well my mom is getting out of the car, it's parked behind the van. We really need that spot. He still stood there arrogantly and said, "no, there is no other parking". I then told him that he really needs to move the van because it's in a handicap spot and he can't be parked there. He then said, " if there are other spots available, I'll move it". We then walked outside and he stood there as my mom was getting out of the vehicle with my husband's assistance in her walker. He then stated, " no I can't move it. There's no other parking." I then pulled out my phone and told him I was calling the sheriff and that's when he decided to move it. I called corporate to report him because I thought it was one of their employees, but it turns out that it was a contractor. I then phoned the store and talked to the manager, Danny to inquire what contracting company this was because I wanted to report this man. This is when the real issue begins. He first told me he had no contractors in at all. I said well I have a picture and when I came out of the restaurant an hour later he was still there. I did send him the photo and he still denied knowing who this person was. Then he told me well no contractors to come in to buy paint. I said well then maybe he knows somebody there and he was visiting. I was then told that he was there for a while because there was a paint mix up. So I reply then you do know what contractor it is. I was then told he'll call me back. When he called me back, he's still said he didn't know who the contractor was. Now, if you know the man who was there for a long time because they had to remix the paint, you know who it is. I did call corporate back to let them know about this issue and to see if I can find out who that contractor is. Corporate was very concerned that A STORE MANAGER ALLOWS CONTRACTORS TO PARK IN THE HANDICAP SPOT. I will go to that store every day if I have to and I will follow the van and I WILL find out who it is. The fact that he was in an unmarked vehicle explains why he was so arrogant. There is a picture in the review, so if anybody local recognizes this person, please send me a message. This rude, arrogant man let my mother get out out of the car in a walker because he would not move out of the handicap spot. And a word of advice for you, Danny.... If you say you don't know who a person is, then in the next sentence you shouldn't say that say he was standing there for a long time because there was a paint mixup. That was double talk and I caught it, most anybody would. Danny, as you get older, you might learn how to lie a little bit better. But for now you were caught in a big one. And Danny, you are a STORE MANAGER and you will be reprimanded for allowing contractors to park in a handicapped spot. YOU ARE A STORE MANAGER. IT SHOULD NOT BE COMMON PRACTICE FOR YOU TO ALLOW YOUR CONTRACTORS TO PARK IN THE HANDICAP SPOT IN FRONT OF YOUR STORE!!!!!!!!!! I have a friend who works at a shop by your store and when I relayed this incident to him, he told me that his customers REGULARLY complain to him about contractor vehicles being parked in that spot quite often as well. So now he will be paying attention and calling the sheriff anytime he sees one of your contractors in the handicap spot, which obviously happens regularly. No, I am not making up any of this! SHAME ON YOU, DANNY!!!!! You should be DEMOTED!! I will be going to your store periodically and call the sheriff on EACH AND EVERY contractor vehicle I see in a handicapped spot. I will take photos and call corporate and report your store every single time. I hope management comes down on you, you deserve it. All you had to do was tell me who the contractor was and this review and multiple calls to corporate would not have happened. You could've also simply said yes, I know who it is, and I will talk to him. SO THIS IS ON YOU, DANNY. And of course, an apology would have been in order. The best paint experience! I went in with my husband trying to figure out the best colors for our bathroom remodel. Curtis couldn't be more helpful! We were running late so I went back a couple days later with my wall tile, floor & cabinet sample. Curtis helped me again and spent a solid hour helping me pick the right colors! I took a paint chip from the exterior wall behind my home into this location. I had no info on the color but needed to do some touch up work after doing some patching on the wall. I figured it would take a lot of detective work to figure out a matching paint. But no, these guys know paint and took the chip, spent a minute on a computer, mixed a gallon and handed it to me in five minutes with nary a word. The guys working here were great, the price was great, the quality of paint is great...great paint store! read more

I walked in this morning and the gentleman there was very rude I asked for certain colors he asked if I had an account I said no but I did purchase the same paint that I wanted a couple years ago. He looks but couldn't fine. He was not helpful at all. I only live a couple of miles from there I'm working on two homes and a rental project. Ryan was fantastic! After going through 25 different color samples and 10 different paint stores trying to figure out a right color paint for our home, he was the only one that was helpful! He was super knowledgeable and very patient with my indecisiveness. He took the time and listened to what I wanted then provided me my options. Needed paint and my first thought was to go to Lowes. However, the customer service was so poor there that I found myself sitting in my car asking my phone where the nearest paint store was. My phone sent me to Sherwin-Williams paint store - what a smart phone. I walked in, was greeted immediately, and 10 minutes later I had an employee (sorry, forgot his name) carrying paint to my car. Cullen - you're a jerk and beyond unhelpful. When a customer comes in inquiring about different paints, aren't you supposed to give assistance? Shrugging your shoulders and making a paying customer feel like an idiot is definitely not the way to go. Luckily there's other locations and different brands to choose from per my association. Excellent customer service. The sales girl helped us color match and it turned out beautifully. They offer no VOC paint which is a big plus. You can sign up for preferred customer notifications and receive coupons. They also keep a log of past colors used in case you forget. read more

The guys here are always super helpful, which is very handy for when you don't know what paints to use for different applications. If you open an account they even keep a record of what colours etc you used. Most holidays they have monster sales and you can buy the expensive paints at reduced prices. read more

Before we had our house painted recently (terrible job btw from Einstein's Painting) we had to go here to get colors picked out and grab some samples. They were super helpful and friendly.
