Judith helped us identify the right solar shades for our windows and size them correctly. She custom designed a room-darkening shade solution for our bedrooms that left our mini-blinds intact (so that we could have the privacy from blinds during the day and the sleep-inducing darkness of opaque shades at night), but retains a streamlined look. I cannot recommend her and Monarch more highly.

They credited me for the damages and even gave me the missing pieces, without giving me any grief. A++ I highly recommend this location, looking forward to my next project using them and will absolutely be referring people word of mouth style. One time to check on the inventory and the second time I came with a truck to haul the wood. All staff encountered were pleasant and pretty helpful. In addition, the price at TW perry was $11 less per sheet than a local competitor. It saved me $50 going here. The parking lot is small, but it's not needed to be any larger since the traffic was minimal both times I visited. It's nice that the entrance is off the main road and it's easier to exit, especially with large trucks that frequent there.

He showed no empathy, nor did he care that it was Mother's Day too. There was no humanity. He spoke to me like a government bureaucrat, following a nonsense procedure. The two were $150, the Uber to get to the towing place in Rockville cost $60, and it took over an hour of our time. We had the pleasure of working with the team at Cabinet ERA for our kitchen expansion and remodel…read more Our original plan was to reuse some fairly new white cabinets we had and add additional cabinets as the kitchen size was increasing. We worked primarily with Han, but in reality they are a team at this store and I believe everyone had some contact with our project. Han was able to help us modify our cabinet layout, and offer us a full set of new cabinets that was within our original budget for mixing new and old cabinets. This allowed us to add some nice upgrades like retractable wooden shelves, trash cabinets, and a cooking utensil cabinet next to the range. We used the old cabinets in the laundry room and storage room. The cabinets boxes are quality construction plywood including the corner braces. Solid wood door fronts. Heavy duty glides on drawers. Soft close. Everything you should expect on a quality cabinet. We had the option to order them pre-assembled and this saved us a tremendous cost and time for installation. Our contractors commented on the quality of the cabinets. Our oven cabinet had to be modified to hold two ovens the larger oven weighing 500lbs. We were able to add some minimal reinforcements and got a solid result. The countertops and island slab are very heavy soapstone. The island slab is well over 1,500lbs. Not one issue for those cabinets to support the weight. We are thrilled with the quality of service, the product, and the result.
