I contacted Weber who claims to have a service referral but after 3-4 attempts I gave up. An internet search pointed me to Oakland Ace for the repair. The first time I visited they advised I wait to buy my specific plants based on the weather (frost) even though they had many available -- I appreciate this advice. This is the place with a huge selection of perennials, shrubs and trees. Oh, the TREES... so many, every type, all in beautiful condition. Just a pretty place to walk around too. Kids enjoyed it. (P.S. Our specimen-quality mopheads and lace caps are thriving, with lush blooms and leaves four months later.)
