Well, I have to reluctantly leave a negative review for this place. The last couple of years I have went here, the older man in charge has talked to me in such an undermining manner, I've had it and never going back. Last year I ask for his help and very patiently waited as I was in no rush, while he talked to several other people and then after well over an hour and still no assistance, I went up to him. He sat there talking to another man for several minutes and completely ignored me. When he was done, he looked at me with ten heads and at that point I was not happy and asked for what I did, and he was a complete douche about it. I was asking about new items and I also inquired about one of the several trees I bought from him that has a disease on it, asking for advice on how to fix it even though what I really wanted to do was rip it out, throw it at him, and get my $500+ back that I spent on it along with another tree that completely died. I spent a lot of money that year and came out with pretty much nothing except a lawn that suddenly has disease all over it. This year, I gave him one more chance thinking maybe he was in a bad mood that day, but sure enough, same situation. He was talking to another man, so I patiently waited, and then he had such an arrogant attitude towards me, and acting as though he didn't have time for me. I do suspect it was because I was a woman. Each time I had went there, I was prepared to drop well over a $1000 on specific items I was on a mission for. But that's it. I'm done. I gave 2 stars only because their nursery was nicely organized this year and he had a nice variety. But only if you plan on spending 3 to 4 times what others are selling it for. For instance, I saw a small #3 hydrangea for $90!!!! read more
