I would not trust them with anything - they seem to know zilch about what the store carries. Zero professionalism. The paint section in the back? Lovely people.

Asked the male employee to complete the return section of their form, and to provide me with a receipt/documentation of the equipment's return. Employee flat-out refused to do either. Somehow it is OK to document the rental equipment leaving the store, but not its return. I did not expect to be in negotiations with this employee for such a simple request. At one point still without a receipt being provided, the employee stated to please leave the store, never come back to this store again, never buy anything here again. Know what, I will take that advice and never return to this store again. Lost Customer! Buyers beware at this establishment. "Worst in Class" Customer Service!

I bought this lawnmower from them out of desperation since no other store in Connecticut had one available and our old lawnmower died. We were after one of those green gray tones that everyone seems to be using in family rooms and living rooms right now, and anyone who has tried to nail that range knows it is easy to end up too cold or too sage. Ethan in the paint department steered us to Benjamin Moore and mixed exactly what we were picturing. He asked what room it was going in and how much natural light it got before touching the mixer. That is the part most places skip. Green grays shift hard depending on the light, and getting that question up front is why we did not have to come back for a second batch. Ethan was friendly and patient the whole time, no rushing, no attitude about us taking a minute to decide. Everyone we dealt with in the store was courteous. If you need custom color matching or Benjamin Moore paint in the Watertown area, go here and ask for Ethan in the paint department. I couldn't believe how $$ it was but I haven't bought paint I forever so I figured yikes but this must be what it costs. Today I used the paint. I am so disappointed in the lack of quality. I was painting white over another previously painted white that had yellow hue I did t like. So easy, right? White over white? Well it's going to need another coat. The paint had such high odor. I felt nauseous and had to stop .the paint didn't cover the molding nicely. It's got streaks , dark areas light areas. It splattered a little .I'll have to do the whole thing over again tomorrow. I plan on visiting the store to discuss a fair resolution. BTW sane paint $20 LESS at Home Depot. So while I still feel it's so important to support local small businesses I do not advocate getting ripped off and steered wrong. I hope they will make it right.
