I took it here, went first to the store part. A friendly woman told me to bring it over to the rental area next door. I told her I just didn't have the strength to get the tire on - she said "Joey can probably do it, he's got bear claws for hands". Took it to Joey with the bear claws, he took it in back, and 5-10 minutes later he came back with the tire on the rim. I thanked him, asked how much and he said " nothing, that's what I'm here for". When I said no, I have to give you something, he said no and started walking in back. I threw some money on the counter because he saved me hours of frustration! Thank you Bear Claw Man!

They also have an adjoining gardening shop where we got pumps for our basketballs and my bike. They also can get plywood or other building materials because they work with contractors, and they will candidly recommend whether you need to go somewhere else to get a part you need--which has only happened once to me in my experience; they just didn't have it in stock at the time, but they wanted me to fix my machine that day. 10 / 10

There was a full pallet of ice melt outside. Before I could even read the name on bag there was someone asking me if I needed something. I replied yes I'd like to buy some ice melt please. He said go inside and ask the gentleman at the desk. And then asked me how I found out about the place. As if it's not located on a major road in the city. Walked inside and an older gentleman asked if I needed anything. He obviously didn't work there so I asked him if he was employed there. He answered no and then directed me to the gentleman behind the desk. I kindly asked to purchase 5 bags of ice melt. Desk clerk rolled his eyes took a deep breath and said I gotta check because I don't have alot left. I quickly said no problem sir I'll look elsewhere. Have a good day, and walked out.
