It is easy to access the paint samples and there is even a nice table/chairs where you can lay out your project. Another good thing to know is that they also carry wallpaper books The staff is kind of hands off, it is true, unless specifically addressed with a question. I think this comes from dealing with a lot of contractors and designers that already know their stuff. I LOVE being left alone with my own thoughts and I am not really into a baby sitting session. A few times I spotted a helpless customer trying to match some piece of fabric to paint and I helped them match it up real quick so they didn't have to wait for help. Another tip is that they sell large painted swatches and small paint testers. I am a fan.

No call to notify us while she waited in her hot house for 5 days. Michael the manager and Vicky the purchaser pointed fingers at who dropped the ball and there was nothing the owners would do to help us. Horrible customer service. My father while alive spent all his time shopping at this store and this is how they treat long term customers. You lost our business and anyone else that will listen to how you treated our family. He came to our house and provided a free estimate. We were impressed with his professionalism and passion for the project. He was willing to start two days after the estimate, but we were not going to be available, so we agreed to a later date. He texted me two days before the original date and told me that he had finished a project early and could come a day early, so I happily agreed to this. He said he would arrive at 8:30 on Wednesday. He texted me at 8:00 AM and said he would be there later, which I agreed to. He showed up at 8:35 AM, only 5 minutes late, but still wanted to call me to inform me he would be a little late - that is punctuality! I have had service people show up 3 hours late and not even contact me, but he wanted to be punctual. The first room I needed painted was our living room. Since I had not expected him early, I hadn't had time to move the furniture out. He said he and his co-worker would take care of it. Less than 20 minutes later, he had the entire living room protected with plastic and all open floor covered with protective mats. Not only did they seal all holes (from picture hangers and such) before they started, but they also smoothed my living room ceiling and painted it perfectly. They had the entire room done in about 4 hours and had heat fans to speed the drying on every wall. Next, they moved to the entryway and up our stairs. With the same impressive efficiency, they removed the stair rail from the wall, sealed any holes, and started the entryway. This only took about an hour despite all the odd angles that come with painting an open stairwell. It looks brand new! After this, they took care of the upstairs hallway in about 30 minutes. This area is small, but it has a lot of doors small slits of wall. When they finished, there was no drop or smudge of paint on any door jams or anything; the paint looked like it belonged there. Finally, I had asked him if he would mind painting a small bedroom since the person I had asked had not had the chance to do it. He agreed to do it and filled the holes and scratches on the original paint. He had to return the next day because he had another appointment, but assured me he would be there the next morning at 9:15 AM. He arrived at 9:00 AM (15 minutes early) and went to work. The new paint color I had chosen was much lighter than the original color (a dark purple), so it took more coats than he had expected, but Freddy didn't blink. He ran out of paint, which I had purchased for the original painter to use, so I called the paint store, and he agreed to pick it up. Within 20 minutes, he picked up the paint, got me a discount because he had used this store before, and was back on the job. He finished in about 3 hours. When Freddy was done, he cleaned all of his stuff out and didn't leave a speck of dirt, paint, or anything. When I tell you that this company is professional and amazing, it barely seems to do them justice! Thank you for being an awesome worker and even caring and playing with my dogs when they accidentally got into the room.

PLEASE LET THIS BE A WARNING! John and Tesh seemed like decent people trying to build a small business (which we love to support). Unfortunately, the company is ran by incompetent frauds. After insisting we pay in cash for a "supplier discount?", we obliged by supplying payment, paint, and scheduled the date. The date comes around and nothing. no call. text. email. After multiple contact attempts, I masked the call and finally got through, only to be told 100 excuses. Whatever right? Let's get the job done. The next day the "crew" arrived (2 teenage kids) and after a quick introduction we left them be only to return to an unfinished job, missing supplies, trash, and cigs tossed on the INTERIOR FLOOR. I suspect these fraudsters may be running multiple operations. Please do your research before hiring contractors. We've learned our lesson. Buy once/cry once.

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer in my whole life. The sales people were both aggressive and clueless at the same time. This happened several times before I just went and did bought my choices online. Once the furniture arrived, all items were either damaged or looked like a knock off version of what I chose in store. I am currently trying to return these items and I have been on the phone with a total of 8 people today for more than 4 hours. None of whom have given me the same information and no one was able to actually "help" me until the last agent and even that was excruciating to deal with. I am still only able to return one of my 5 items and was not given any information as to why. I was simply told I have to wait for a vendor to approve a return for the remaining items. I'm assuming they're delaying this until my first payment posts. Truly an insane experience. Avoid at all costs.
