Very professional and knowledgeable, and thank goodness for that because I was about to purchase the wrong paint had I not walked into this location. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable but the prices could not be beat. I was absolutely amazed because it's not what I would expect as far as service these days, not only were they efficient and professional but they even loaded my materials into my vehicle for me. Being in the service industry myself for 28 years this was definitely a beautiful start to a hard days work. I will be back, they now have a lifelong customer. Thank you Lance and crew for making this a better world.

I went in to buy paint and the woman at the register called him over to help me. He told me I would have to wait 10 minutes until "the guy" will be back. I stood in shock for a moment and as he greeted a man who walked in and began to assist him. I stopped him and protested how he could help him and not me. It quickly devolved. It was ugly. I asked why he was being an a-hole to me. Trust me - he did not manage this customer service issue well. He escalated it and called me an "asshole" and I walked out calling him the same and more. Shameful on both sides at that point. What a nightmare customer experience. There are too many other options on Miami Beach. Go elsewhere.

This location is much less busy than the Kendall location (closest to me) which is nice shopping around without the crowds. I went straight to the bathroom tile section and initially couldn't find the tile I was looking for. After asking, I found out that specific tile I liked in the Kendall location was on markdown in the Miami Gardens store. That turned out to be a win for me, I was able to buy the tile for half the price compared to the Kendall store. It's good to know that depending on the Floor & Decor locations, some styles may be discontinued or on markdown since market demands are different. Definitely worth checking different locations if you're shopping for remodeling. The representative helped us out tremendously. We were in and out within 30 minutes.

My contractor recommended Home & Decor because of selection and prices. I went to a location in Broward one day and got some help but not really the help I needed. Today I made an appointment with a designer, and per Chat the store on 167th has the largest selection. I was lucky as I got an appointment with Yasmin. I suggest you call the front desk to get an appointment otherwise you get voicemail. Why was she 5 stars? Because she listened to MY needs. We purchased flooring for the entire house and a bathroom remodel. Very genuine person. She offered many options. If I found a lower price alternative she did try to steer me, we discussed pros/cons. I have other projects besides my personal home, and I feel comfortable in calling her and transacting via phone if necessary. The second person that was amazing was Jessica. We had trouble getting our credit card approval because of security freeze but she was able to help me through it. She offered alternatives ie 6 months, 18 months or a few years. All based on individual needs. I expect for an investment property the longer period may make sense. Jessica's understanding of the business aspect was excellent. Yasmin sold me on her services Jessica sold me on the store. I hope Floor and Decor recognizes such excellent employees.
