My floors are dark gray and so hard to do anything with. JOSUE from Sherwin-Williams helped me pick the most beautiful combo of colors for my walls. He was an expert and also so sweet and fun to talk to! He really took extra care and attention to detail. I didn't even know what tools I needed and he gave me the perfect set. When I started painting, even him knowing that I needed the wider painters' tape than the average one people get ended up coming true. He really made me want to find other spots to paint just so I can go back! JOSUE is the BEST. This Sherwin-Williams was a lovely experience. Thank you so much!!!!

Was sent by my project mgr/designer to check out the colors of the concrete. Showroom was upstairs. I looked around. Really pretty wall of colors to choose from. So many options in all shades, light to dark (see my pics). Went back down as I had questions and no one was upstairs. Spoke to Derrick and he was so nice. He apologized for no one helping upstairs, but honestly, I like to look around on my own first and then speak with someone. Derrick walked with us back upstairs and I showed him what I wanted. He got Kelan right away to help us with samples. He was nice too. You can get them for $5 each, return for credit towards your purchase or money back. Jeremiah helped us at the desk. He was nice too. I created an account. When I got home I called the store because they didn't have a sample I wanted (Calm White). Spoke to Zack and he was nice and helpful. He put in an order for that color and hopefully I can pick it up next week. I am using the concrete for my shower walls. I'm so excited! Thank you :-)

Originally, when we purchased our home a few years ago, our contractor had us to go Dunn Edwards for our paint, the service was never great - I prefer to support a business that actually cares about their customer satisfaction and I felt at home when I visited this location of Sherwin-Williams. We had heard good things about the paint from Sherwin-Williams, they have great quality and wonderful colors. We happened to notice they were having a presidents day sale which was fantastic - 40% off, it was a no brainer. But at the end of the day, for someone like me, I care more about how I'm treated in store then the cost of the product itself. We were lucky enough to meet Spencer who obviously knew a lot of paint, not just as a sales person but as someone who painted for a living. His recommendations were highly appreciated and I hope they know how lucky they are to have such a great team running this location. For any future painting needs, it will always be this brand for us. Thank you for helping to make a tough experience (choosing the right color) so much easier on us.
