He just said, "yes we have those in stock, and we will call you when your drill is fixed, and he asked if I wanted a loner, but I would have to pay for it up front, which I did and it saved my ass. 4 days later my drill was fixed. It didn't matter in the slightest if the man had a cranky disposition. I'm not fastidious, I need results and I got it.
