When I told him that I had called ahead he said he had just put the information in the computer and never made the paint. If you can't do it, just say you can't do it. That may be the case, but this staff cannot give you what you want. Out of 3 cans of paint I bought, 3 of them weren't mixed at all. I found this out, of course, when I was half way through painting a room. I mentioned it when I bought another quart to cover the streaks and they basically said that shouldn't have happened, but there was nothing they could do. I went back to buy another quart for touch-ups of a different color--a deep blue. In the middle of a stroke, hello red. This is the kind of trouble that can't be fixed with a refund. I have to restart, and it has already cost me my time. Do yourself a favor and drive to another Sherwin Williams or better yet, just start with a competitor where you can watch them mix the paint.
