I walked in and the two visible employees never looked up or spoke to me. No visible customers in store. I went over to paint samples to look. The entire time I was looking at samples, all I needed to do, no one approached me, said hello from across the store, offered to help, asked if I needed anything... nothing. I took a few paint chips and left. As I was leaving a youngish employee was coming in from helping another customer load a 5 gallon bucket into his van. He mumbled have a nice day as I walked out. Their only offer was to give the contractor a credit for the cost for future paint but that's doesn't help the homeowner (me) who had to pay for labor to the sub. It doesn't help the delays caused to other trades and the cost of recovering the brand new carpet to protect it from a whole room paint job. It should not be the contractors job to reimburse me and wait for his money in the wash of future materials. This is poor business. They should stand by their product. Upon my arrival the very first thing that caught my attention were the beautiful red Begonias! I've never seen that many together in one place! It was quite striking! The nice guy who waited on me carried the potting soil that I had bought all the way to the end of the parking lot and put the bag in my floor board! I offered to pull my car closer to the loading zone but this nice man told me that was unnecessary and that he didn't mind at all! While I was in a brief conversation with the person who took care of me I was informed that business there was really good and that they were doing expansion!
